Abstract
在基油中混合(A)0.5~40质量%(a-1)碳原子数13~48的单酯和/或者0.5~30质量%(a-2)碳原子数13~34的脂肪族二元羧酸酯、(B)0.01~10质量%噻二唑化合物、(C)0.01~15质量%硫代亚磷酸酯以及(D)0.01~5质量%三唑化合物而成的圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油组合物是一种不使用氯系化合物,在具有优异的加工性能的同时,还可以提高轴承润滑性、延长轴承寿命的圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油组合物。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油组合物。
背景技术
圆形塑模滚轧成形加工是使滚轧成形工具之塑模在旋转运动的同时压入被加工材料中,进而使被加工材料进行旋转铸模的加工。该加工需要进行螺钉滚轧成形加工和齿轮滚轧成形加工等极其苛刻的加工。
因此,要求圆形塑模滚轧成形加工所使用的润滑油在过于苛刻的润滑条件下,能减少工具磨耗,进行良好的制品表面粗糙度加工等,显现出高的加工性能。
于是,在金属加工用润滑油的领域里,氯化链烷烃和氯化脂肪酸酯等氯系化合物作为在过于苛刻的条件下能有效提高加工性能的添加剂而被广泛地使用。但是近年来,氯系化合物被指出有致癌性等影响人体安全性和废液烧掉时产生二噁英从而污染环境方面的问题。因此,氯系化合物的使用被敬而远之。其结果变成对不混合氯系化合物,或是非氯系润滑油的需求。
所以,期待圆形塑模滚轧成形加工所使用的润滑油不使用氯系化合物,并具有高的加工性能。
此外,青铜等非铁合金构成的圆形塑模轴承必须持续支持加工产生的负荷,圆形塑模滚轧成形加工所使用的润滑油,通常也润滑此种轴承。
因此,也要求圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油在具有上述加工性能的同时,还具有提高轴承润滑性,延长轴承寿命的性能。
历来,作为此种圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油,都是转用切削油和通常滚轧成形用的润滑油等。例如,专利文献1和专利文献2针对切削油的发明,记载将该切削油转用到滚轧成形加工的意向(参阅专利文献1段落〔0157〕,专利文献2段落〔0002〕等)。
然而,使用切削油等圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油之外的润滑油的现状是,不能在具有上述加工性能的同时,还具备提高轴承润滑性,延长轴承寿命的性能,故不能继续进行正常的圆形塑模滚轧成形加工。
因此,期待着不使用氯系化合物,在具有优异加工性能的同时,还能够提高轴承润滑性,延长轴承寿命的圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油的出现。

发明内容
本发明以提供一种不使用氯系化合物,在具有优异加工性能的同时,还可以提高轴承润滑性,延长轴承寿命的圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油组合物为目的。
本发明人发现组合特定化合物,将它们各按特定量混合的组合物可以达成本发明的目的。本发明是基于该发现而完成的发明。
也就是,本发明提供:
〔1〕一种圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油组合物,其由在基油中混合(A)(a-1)0.5~40质量%碳原子数13~48的单酯和/或者(a-2)0.5~30质量%碳原子数13~34的脂肪族二元羧酸酯、(B)0.01~10质量%噻二唑化合物、(C)0.01~15质量%硫代亚磷酸酯以及(D)0.01~5质量%三唑化合物而成。
〔2〕如上述〔1〕所述的圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油组合物,组合物在40℃下的运动粘度为3~80mm2/s。
发明的效果
根据本发明,可以提供一种不使用氯系化合物,在具有优异加工性能的同时,还可以提高轴承润滑性,延长轴承寿命的圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油组合物。
具体实施方式
本发明是在基油中混合(A)(a-1)0.5~40质量%碳原子数13~48的单酯和/或者(a-2)0.5~30质量%碳原子数13~34的脂肪族二元羧酸酯、(B)0.01~10质量%噻二唑化合物、(C)0.01~15质量%硫代亚磷酸酯以及(D)0.01~5质量%三唑衍生物而成的圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油组合物(以下,有时仅简称为“润滑油组合物”)。
本发明所使用的基油无特别限定,可以使用矿物油、油脂以及合成油。矿物油可以列举各种油,例如,常压蒸馏链烷烃基系原油、中间基系原油或者环烷烃基系原油之后的残渣油、或者减压蒸馏常压蒸馏的残渣油获得的馏出油、或者依据常法精制而成的精制油,例如,可以举例,溶剂精制油、氢化分解精制、氢化精制油、脱蜡处理油、白土处理油等。
此外,油脂可以使用有,例如,牛油、猪油、大豆油、菜籽油、米糠油、椰子油、棕榈油、棕榈树核油、羊脂(羊毛脂)、橄榄油、妥尔油、蓖麻油、棉籽油、红花油、角鲨鱼油,或者它们的氢化物等。
此外,合成油可以使用,例如,碳原子数8~14的聚-α-烯烃、烯烃共聚物(例如,乙烯-丙烯共聚物等)、或者聚丁烯、聚丙烯等支链烯烃和它们的氢化物、进一步有,多元醇酯(三羟甲基丙烷的脂肪酸酯、季戊四醇的脂肪酸酯等)等酯系化合物、烷基苯等。
本发明中,作为基油,可以使用一种上述矿物油,也可以组合二种以上使用;可以使用一种上述油脂,也可以组合二种以上使用;可以使用一种上述合成油,也可以组合二种以上使用。此外,对于矿物油、油脂以及合成油中的二种以上,可以组合各自一种以上进行使用。
接着,该基油优选在40℃温度的运动粘度在2~80mm2/s范围内。该运动粘度在2mm2/s以上时,没有由引燃导致火灾的危险性,另一方面,在80mm2/s以下时,能够减少油剂持出量。从以上点来看,运动粘度更优选为5~60mm2/S。
本发明中,(A)成分使用(a-1)碳原子数13~48的单酯和/或者(a-2)碳原子数13~34的脂肪族二元羧酸酯。
(a-1)碳原子数13~48的单酯,可以举例,例如通式(I)所示的化合物。
RCOOR’...(I)
式中,R表示碳原子数11~22的烷基,R’表示碳原子数1~25的烷基,R与R’合计的碳原子数为12~47。
上述通式(I)所表示的单酯,碳原子数优选在13~36的范围内。作为该单酯的具体例,优选列举,硬脂酸甲酯、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸辛酯、棕榈酸辛酯等,其中,从性能和入手容易度等点来看,优选硬脂酸丁酯和棕榈酸辛酯。
本发明中,上述单酯可以单独使用,也可以2种以上组合使用。此外,润滑油组合物中的该单酯的混合量以润滑油组合物全部质量为基准,在0.5~40质量%范围内选择。该混合量不足0.5质量%时,存在不能充分发挥提高加工性能效果的情况。另一方面,超过40质量%时,该混合量不仅没有提高效果,反而在经济方面有不利的情况。从以上点来看,该单酯的优选混合量在3~30质量%范围内,进一步优选在5~20质量%范围内。
作为(a-2)成分之脂肪族二元羧酸酯,可以列举,例如,主骨架为饱和或者不饱和的分支烃链构成的碳原子数为12~28的脂肪族二元羧酸与碳原子数为1~6的直链脂肪醇反应生成的二酯。
碳原子数小于12的该脂肪族二元羧酸,加工性能差,另一方面,碳原子数超过28时,对于基油的溶解性会变差。故碳原子数优选为14~24,进一步优选为16~20。
此外,该脂肪族二元羧酸的主骨架优选具有支链。其优点是通过具有支链,能够使对于二酯基油的溶解性变好,容易获得具有希望性能的润滑油组合物。
本发明中的上述脂肪族二元羧酸,虽然可以使用饱和和不饱和的任一种,但是更优选饱和脂肪族二元羧酸。此饱和脂肪族二元羧酸,优选可以举例例如下述通式(II)所示的化合物。

式中,k为0~3的整数,m和n分别表示1~23的整数,k、m和n之和为8~24的整数。
本发明中,用于(a-2)成分之二酯的主骨架为饱和或者不饱和的分支烃链构成的碳原子数为12~28的脂肪族二元羧酸,其具体例可以列举下述化学式所表示的化合物等。

另一方面,脂肪醇还可以使用碳原子数为1~6的醇。此碳原子数超过6的醇,会使二酯的溶解性变差。优选碳原子数为1~4。此外,该脂肪醇从加工性能的观点考虑,优选直链状。
此种直链状脂肪醇的具体例,可以举例甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、正丁醇等。
本发明中,虽使用由上述脂肪族二元羧酸与脂肪族醇获得的二酯作为(a-2)成分,但也可以单独使用一种该二酯,也可以组合二种以上使用。此外,润滑油组合物中的该二酯的混合量以润滑油组合物全部质量为基准,在0.5~30质量%范围内选择。该含量小于0.5质量%时,不能充分发挥提高加工性能的效果,另一方面,超过30质量%时,此份量不仅不能得到提高的效果,反而在经济方面不利。此外,也有产生臭气,使作业环境恶化的担忧。该二酯的优选含量在1~20质量%范围内,特别优选在1~15质量%范围内。
本发明中,使用噻二唑系化合物作为(B)成分。
此处使用1,4,5-噻二唑、1,2,4-噻二唑、1,2,5-噻二唑、1,3,4-噻二唑等噻二唑及其衍生物作为噻二唑系化合物。
作为该衍生物,包含下述通式(III)所表示的1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物,通式(IV)所表示的1,2,4-噻二唑衍生物以及通式(V)所表示的1,4,5-噻二唑衍生物,还有通式(VI)所表示的2,5-二(N,N-二烷基二硫代氨基甲酰基)-1,3,4-噻二唑。

式(III)~(V)中,R1~R6表示氢原子或者碳原子数1~20,优选1~14的烷基。R1和R2,R3和R4以及R5和R6可以相同也可以不同。此外,a~f各自独立地表示0~8,优选1~3,特别优选1或者2的整数,这些a和b、c和d以及e和f可以相同也可以不同。

式中,R7、R8表示氢原子或者碳原子数1~20,优选1~9的烷基。R7和R8可以相同或不同。
上述通式(III)~(V)中R1~R6所表示的烷基,具体地举例有,甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、仲丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基、各种壬基、各种癸基、各种十一烷基、各种十二烷基、十三烷基、十四烷基、十五烷基、十六烷基、十七烷基、十八烷基、十九烷基、二十烷基等。
此外,通式(VI)中R7和R8所表示的烷基,具体地举例有,甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、仲丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基、各种壬基、各种癸基、各种十一烷基、各种十二烷基等。
此噻二唑衍生物的具体例可以举例,2,5-二(正己基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑、2,5-二(正辛基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑、2,5-二-(正壬基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑、2,5-二(1,1,3,3,-四甲基丁基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑、3,5-二(正己基二硫代)-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,5-二(正辛基二硫代)-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,5-二(正壬基二硫代)-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,5-二(1,1,3,3,-四甲基丁基二硫代)-1,2,4-噻二唑、4,5-二(正己基二硫代)-1,2,3-噻二唑、4,5-二(正辛基二硫代)-1,2,3-噻二唑、4,5-二(正壬基二硫代)-1,2,3-噻二唑、4,5-二(1,1,3,3,-四甲基丁基二硫代)-1,2,3-噻二唑等烷基噻二唑类,2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑、3,5-二巯基-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,4-二巯基-1,2,5-噻二唑、4,5-二巯基-1,2,3-噻二唑等二巯基噻二唑类。
本发明中,使用上述噻二唑系化合物作为(B)成分,该噻二唑系化合物可以单独使用一种,也可以组合二种以上使用。此外,该(B)成分的混合量以润滑油组合物全部质量为基准在0.01~10质量%。混合量小于0.01质量%,轴承部分有发生烧结的担忧,另一方面,超过10质量%也无法获得显著的提高效果,在经济方面不利的同时,还有由臭气产生的环境恶化的问题。从此点来看,(B)成分的混合量优选0.2~5质量%。
本发明中,使用硫代亚磷酸酯作为(C)成分。
此处使用的硫代亚磷酸酯,可以列举,例如,具有碳原子数2~30,优选4~20的烃基的硫代亚磷酸酯。
作为上述碳原子数2~30的烃基可以举例,烷基、环烷基、烷基环烷基、烯基、芳基、烷基芳基以及芳烷基烷基。
作为烷基,可以举例有例如乙基、均为直链或者支链的丙基、丁基、戊基、己基、庚基、辛基、壬基、癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基、十三烷基、十四烷基、十五烷基、十六烷基、十七烷基以及十八烷基等。
作为环烷基,可以举例,例如,环戊基、环己基以及环庚基等碳原子数5~7的环烷基。
作为烷基环烷基,可以举例,例如,甲基环戊基、二甲基环戊基、甲基乙基环戊基、二乙基环戊基、甲基环己基、二甲基环己基、甲基乙基环己基、二乙基环己基、甲基环庚基、二甲基环庚基、甲基乙基环庚基以及二乙基环庚基等碳原子数6~11的烷基环烷基。
作为烯基,可以举例有,例如可以均为直链或者分支状的丁烯基、戊烯基、己烯基、庚烯基、辛烯基、壬烯基、癸烯基、十一烯基、十二烯基、十三烯基、十四烯基、十五烯基、十六烯基、十七烯基以及十八烯基等烯基。
芳基可以举例有苯基、萘基等芳基。
烷基芳基可以举例,例如,甲苯基、二甲苯基、乙苯基、丙苯基、丁苯基、戊苯基、己苯基、庚苯基、辛苯基、壬苯基、癸苯基、十一烷苯基以及十二烷苯基等碳原子数7~18的烷基芳基。
芳烷基可以举例有,例如,苯甲基、苯乙基、苯丙基、苯丁基、苯戊基、苯己基等碳原子数7~12的芳烷基。
这些烃基之中,从性能和入手性的观点来看,优选烷基、烯基、芳基和烷基芳基。
此外,作为硫代亚磷酸酯,包含有硫代亚磷酸单酯、硫代亚磷酸二酯、硫代亚磷酸三酯,其中从性能的观点考虑,优选硫代亚磷酸三酯。
这些硫代亚磷酸酯的具体例,适宜的举例有,磷酸单丁基酯、磷酸单月桂基酯、磷酸单辛基酯、磷酸二丁基酯、磷酸二月桂基酯、磷酸二辛基酯、磷酸三丁基酯、磷酸三月桂基酯、磷酸三辛基酯、磷酸三苯基酯等,特别优选的有磷酸三丁基酯、磷酸三月桂基酯、磷酸三辛基酯。
本发明中,虽使用上述硫代亚磷酸酯作为(C)成分,但该硫代亚磷酸酯可以单独使用一种,也可以组合二种以上使用。此外,该(C)成分的混合量以润滑油组合物全部质量为基准在0.01~15质量%范围内。混合量小于0.1质量%时,加工性能的提高不够充分,另一方面,超过15质量%也不能期待显著的提高效果,经济方面也不优选。此外,也有产生臭气,作业环境恶化的担忧。(C)成分的混合量更优选为0.05~10质量%。
本发明中,使用三唑化合物作为(D)成分。
此处使用的三唑化合物,合适的有例如,下述通式(VII)所表示的苯并三唑以及它的衍生物。该衍生物包含下述通式(VIII)表示的烷基苯并三唑、通式(IX)表示的N-烷基苯并三唑以及通式(X)表示的N-(烷基)氨烷基苯并三唑。

式中,R9表示碳原子数1~4的烷基,优选碳原子数1或者2的烷基。具体地,可以例举甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基以及叔丁基。G表示1~3,优选1或者2的整数。此外,R9有多个时,它们可以相互相同也可以不同。

式中,R10和R11分别表示碳原子数1~4的烷基,优选碳原子数1或者2的烷基。具体地,同上述R9的示例。h表示0~3,优选0或者1。R10和R11有多个时,它们可以相互相同也可以不同。

式中,R12表示碳原子数1~4的烷基,优选碳原子数1或者2的烷基。具体地,同上述R1的示例。R13表示亚甲基或者乙烯基,特别优选亚甲基。R14和R15各自独立地表示氢原子或者碳原子数1~12的烷基,优选氢原子或者碳原子数1~9的烷基。具体地举例有,甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基、各种壬基、各种癸基、各种十一烷基、各种十二烷基等。它们相互可以相同也可以不同。i表示0~3,优选0或者1。
本发明中,在上述苯并三唑或者其衍生物之中,特别优选苯并三唑和N-甲基苯并三唑。
本发明中,虽使用上述三唑化合物作为(D)成分,但该三唑化合物可以单独使用一种,也可以组合二种以上使用。此外,该(D)成分的混合量以润滑油组合物全部质量为基准在0.001~5质量%范围内。混合量小于0.001质量%时,不能充分显现延长轴承寿命的效果,另一方面,超过5质量%也不能获得显著的提高效果,经济方面也不利。因此,(D)成分的混合量优选0.005~3质量%。
本发明是在基油中混合上述(A)~(D)各成分而成,进一步,根据需求在不损失本发明目的的范围内,可以混合例如耐磨剂、抗氧化剂、防腐蚀剂、消泡剂等各种添加剂。
作为耐磨剂,可以列举,例如,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌等硫代磷酸金属盐。
作为抗氧化剂,可以列举,例如,2,6-二-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、4,4’-亚甲基-二-(2,6-二-叔丁基苯酚)等苯酚系抗氧化剂、苯基-α-萘胺、4,4’-二辛基二苯胺等胺系抗氧化剂。
防锈剂和防腐蚀剂可以列举,例如,脂肪酸、链烯基丁二酸半酯、脂肪酸石碱、烷基磺酸盐、脂肪酸胺、氧化链烷烃、烷基聚氧乙烯醚等。
消泡剂可以举例有,例如二甲基聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸酯等。
这些添加剂可以分别单独使用一种或混合两种以上使用。此外,这些添加剂的混合量以组合物为基准,通常分别在0.0001~10质量%范围内进行混合。
本发明的组合物在40℃的运动粘度优选为3~80mm2/s。组合物在40℃的运动粘度在3mm2/s以上时,在显现出良好加工性能的同时,还可以延长轴承寿命。此外,运动粘度在80mm2/s以下时,可以抑制加工带走的油量,还可以削减油剂的消耗损失。
实施例
接下来通过实施例对本发明进行更详细的说明,但本发明并不限定于此。
评价方法
(1)法列克司(Falex)磨耗试验
(试验条件)
钉材质:AISI3135(AISI1137)
块材质:CAC702(ALBC-2)(铝青铜)
转速:290rpm
油温:50℃
(评价方法)
测定块磨耗量(mg)进行评价。
(2)SHELL EP试验
依据ASTM D 2783进行,以焊接负荷(LNL N)表示极压性。
(3)螺钉滚轧成形加工试验
(试验装置和试验条件)
滚轧成形加工机:株式会社ニツセ一制「A22B」
轴承材质:CAC702(ALBC-2)(铝青铜)
塑模:SKD-11(大同特殊钢制「DC-53」)
加工材料:S45C以及SUS304
加工部件形状:中空螺钉(M16、间距1.5、螺钉长度15mm)
塑模转数:400rpm
润滑油涂抹方法:喷淋
加工数量:100000个
(评价方法)
对于100000个加工后的塑模、轴承和加工品(螺钉)进行以下评价。
塑模磨耗:塑模直径减少量(μm)
轴承有无烧结:目测观察
螺钉加工面状态:目测检查外观,基于下述评价基准进行评价。10最佳,1最差。

如表1所示,在基油中混合各添加剂成分获得油组合物,按照上述方法进行评价。其结果表示于表1中。

从表1可以看出,本发明的组合物(实施例1~7)在所有方面都具有良好的性能。这些与混合了氯系化合物的比较例1的润滑油相比,至少在塑模磨耗量和轴承烧结、加工面状态等方面优异。此外,对于比较例2~7中的润滑油,在任一方面的性能均差,不具有作为圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油使用的性能。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油组合物,不使用氯系化合物,在具有优异加工性能的同时,还可以提高轴承的润滑性,延长轴承的寿命。因此,可以使圆形塑模滚轧成形加工这样困难的加工方法被良好地、有效地,并且对于人体无影响和不伴有环境污染地实施成为可能。
Claims (2)
1.一种圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油组合物,是由在基油中混合(A)(a-1)0.5~40质量%碳原子数13~48的单酯和/或者(a-2)0.5~30质量%碳原子数13~34的脂肪族二元羧酸酯、(B)0.01~10质量%噻二唑化合物、(C)0.01~15质量%硫代亚磷酸酯以及(D)0.01~5质量%三唑化合物而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆形塑模滚轧成形加工用润滑油组合物,组合物在40℃下的运动粘度为3~80mm2/s。
