Abstract
本发明提供了一种经压花装饰的注射成型制品及其制备方法,所述注射成型制品包括:包含丙烯酸树脂膜的表面层、叠层在所述表面层内侧的印刷层、叠层在所述印刷层内侧的粘结剂层、以及注射树脂层,其中,在所述注射成型制品的正面部分和侧面部分的所述表面层的表面上,具有通过压花加工而形成的凹凸图案。通过所述制备方法,可以在注射成型制品的表面上简单地形成凹凸图案,可使该注射成型制品被赋予更具高级感的立体图案设计性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种经压花装饰的注射成型制品,所述经压花装饰的注射成型制品的表面通过压花加工而形成了凹凸图案。
背景技术
通过在树脂成型体表面上以装饰片作为粘附物对其进行叠层一体化,可获得装饰性注射成型制品,该装饰性注射成型制品可应用到各类用途中。为了提高这些注射成型制品的装饰性,通过设置木纹导管槽等凹凸图案来赋予其立体感图案设计的方法已被广泛使用。
作为所述凹凸图案的设置方法包括:通过压花加工在电离射线固化型树脂或热固性树脂的基材膜上形成具有凹凸图案的装饰片,使用上述装饰片给注射成型制品内部形成凹凸图案的方法(例如,参照专利文献1)。
另外,下述凹凸图案的设置方法也被公开:在基材膜上涂布固化性树脂,使该树脂固化从而赋予其凹凸图案,利用该形成有凹凸图案的凹凸膜在注射成型制品的表面设置凹凸图案(例如,参照专利文献2及3)。
可是,在涂布了固化性树脂的基材膜外表面上形成有凹凸图案的装饰片,将装饰片用于注射成型时,如果固化性树脂的固化度过低,则在真空成型步骤中对装饰片进行预成型时施加的热压、以及在随后的注射成型步骤中所施加的热压作用下,经过压花而成的凹凸图案的凹凸形状容易消失;另一方面,如果固化度过高,则凹凸图案容易发生变形或龟裂,将引发真空成型步骤及注射成型步骤的操作性也变差等问题。
另外,通过对注射成型模具的模腔面进行压纹加工,也可以在注射成型制品表面上形成凹凸图案,但如果注射成型模具的正面部分与侧面部分之夹角接近直角,将产生注射成型制品脱模困难的问题,由于需要加工注射成型模具,因此存在无法应用于少量生产多种制品的缺陷。
综上,期待一种可简单地在注射成型制品表面上形成凹凸图案的技术。

发明内容
基于上述背景,本发明的技术问题在于提供一种注射成型制品,通过在所述注射成型制品表面上简单地形成凹凸图案,使得该注射成型制品具有更高级感的立体图案设计性。
本发明人为了解决上述技术问题进行反复潜心研究,发现了可以使上述技术问题得以解决的方法:通过在注射成型制品的正面部分和侧面部分的表面进行特定的压花加工来形成凹凸图案的方法。本发明基于上述发现而完成。
即,本发明的要点在于:
1.一种经压花装饰的注射成型制品,该注射成型制品包括:包含丙烯酸树脂膜的表面层、叠层在所述表面层内侧的印刷层、叠层在所述印刷层内侧的粘结剂层、以及注射树脂层,其中,在所述注射成型制品的正面部分和侧面部分的所述表面层的表面上,具有通过压花加工而形成的凹凸图案。
2.根据上述1所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品,其中,印刷层包括全面涂布的着色层。
3.根据上述2所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品,其中,印刷层进一步包括图案层。
4.根据上述1~3中任一项所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品,其中,印刷层包括光反射层。
5.根据上述1~4中任一项所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品,其中,所述注射成型制品的正面部分与侧面部分之夹角减去90°后所得的角度θ大于0°且在5°以下。
6.一种经压花装饰的注射成型制品的制造方法,其中,所述注射成型制品包括装饰片和在装饰片内侧形成的注射树脂层,所述装饰片包括:包含丙烯酸树脂膜的表面层、叠层在所述表面层内侧的印刷层、以及叠层在所述印刷层内侧的粘结剂层,其中,该制造方法包括下述步骤:
在150℃以上的温度下对所述装饰片的所述表面层进行压花加工,从而赋予凹凸图案;
使所述表面层位于注射成型模具侧,并在这一状态下以90~110℃的温度对装饰片进行真空成形;
向上述真空成形后的所述装饰片注射树脂,从而形成注射树脂层。
7.根据上述6所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品的制造方法,其中,印刷层包括全面涂布的着色层。
8.根据上述7所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品的制造方法,其中,印刷层进一步包括图案层。
9.根据上述6~8中任一项所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品的制造方法,其中,印刷层包括光反射层。
10.根据上述6~9中任一项所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品的制造方法,其中,所述注射成型模具的正面部分与侧面部分之夹角减去90°后所得的角度θ大于0°且在5°以下。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明进行说明。图1为本发明的经压花装饰的注射成型制品的剖面示意图。
如图1所示,本发明的经压花装饰的注射成型制品1从表面侧开始依次叠层了表面层11、印刷层12、粘结剂层13及注射树脂层20。装饰片10由上述各层中的表面层11、印刷层12及粘结剂层13所构成。
在表面层11的表面上通过压花加工形成了凹凸图案。所述表面层11表面的凹凸图案包括凹部31及凸部32。通过进行压花加工,可以使本发明的经压花装饰的注射成型制品1的正面部分及侧面部分的表面具有凹凸图案。通过压花加工,既可以使正面部分的表面具有凹凸图案,也可以使侧面部分的表面具有凹凸图案,因此,使得制备得到的注射成型制品具有更高级感的立体图案设计性。
作为本发明的经压花装饰的注射成型制品1的表面层11,可使用透明性优异、并由此也可提供优异涂装感的丙烯酸树脂膜。该树脂膜的厚度优选在20~500μm左右,更优选在50~150μm左右。
作为所述丙烯酸树脂,例如可以使用聚(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、聚(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、聚(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯-(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯共聚物等丙烯酸树脂[其中,所述的(甲基)丙烯酸酯是指丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯]中的一种树脂或混合两种以上而得到的混合物,并以单层膜形式或以两层以上的叠层膜形式使用。另外,表面层11可以是半透明的,但当表面层11透明时,可以使印刷层12的着色鲜艳,因此优选。当表面层11透明时,既可以是无色透明的,也可以是有色透明的。另外,根据需要,还可以在表面层11的树脂膜中适当添加上述的消光剂,聚乙烯蜡、石蜡等润滑剂,苯并三唑类、二苯甲酮类、微粒氧化铈类等紫外线吸收剂,受阻胺类自由基捕获剂等光稳定剂,增塑剂,稳定剂,着色剂等各种添加剂,以调节其物性。
本发明的经压花装饰的注射成型制品1的印刷层12优选具有全面涂布的着色层;为了提高其图案设计性,尤其优选在所述全面涂布的着色层以外,还同时具有图案层。通常,所述图案层是涂布在所述全面涂布的着色层外侧的层(比全面涂布的着色层更接近表面侧)。
作为所述全面涂布的着色层及图案层,除了包含特定的树脂的胶粘剂树脂、并混合适当的着色剂以获得期望的色彩以外,基本无特殊限制。通常,可使用印刷油墨通过凹版印刷、活版印刷、丝网印刷、胶版印刷、喷墨印刷等公知的印刷法形成所述全面涂布的着色层及图案层。另外,所述全面涂布的着色层还可以利用辊涂等公知的涂布法形成。
作为用于形成所述印刷层12的油墨(或涂液),考虑到其粘结性等,可以从公知的材料中适当选择并使用。例如,作为油墨(或涂液)的粘结剂树脂,通常可使用丙烯酸树脂、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂等。在这些树脂中,更优选单独以丙烯酸树脂作为所述粘结剂树脂的主要成分,或以丙烯酸树脂与氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的混合物作为所述粘结剂树脂的主要成分。使用丙烯酸树脂作为基材膜11时,为了使印刷层12与基材膜11之间具有贴合性,可采用丙烯酸树脂,进一步,如果混合氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物或其他的丙烯酸树脂,则可获得更加优异的印刷适性、成形适性等。
其中,作为丙烯酸树脂,除了可以从与上述关于表面层11的说明部分中列举的树脂相同的树脂中适当选择,还可以使用以下丙烯酸多元醇酯,上述丙烯酸多元醇酯是(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯与分子中具有羟基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯发生共聚而得到的,其中,(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯包括(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸辛酯等;上述分子中具有羟基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯包括(甲基)丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸-2-羟基丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸-2-羟基-3-苯氧基丙酯等。
另外,作为氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,通常使用乙酸乙烯酯含量为5~20质量%左右、平均聚合度350~900左右的聚合物。根据需要,还可以使上述氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物进一步与马来酸、富马酸等羧酸进行共聚。丙烯酸树脂与氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的混合比为:丙烯酸树脂/氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物=1/9~9/1(质量比)左右。除此之外,还可以根据需要适当混合其他树脂作为其副成分树脂,例如热塑性聚酯树脂、热塑性氨基甲酸酯树脂、氯化聚乙烯、氯化聚丙烯等氯化聚烯烃等树脂。
另外,作为油墨(或涂液)中含有的着色剂,可使用例如钛白、氧化锌、炭黑、铁黑、氧化铁红、镉红、群青、钴蓝、铬黄、钛黄等无机颜料,酞菁蓝、靛蒽醌蓝、异吲哚啉酮黄、喹吖啶酮红、苝红等有机颜料,铝、黄铜等金属的粉末或鳞片等金属颜料,二氧化钛包覆云母的粉末或鳞片等珠光(Pearl)颜料或染料等。
所述图案层的图案为例如木纹图案、石纹图案、砂纹图案、布纹图案、皮纹图案、仿瓷砖图案、砌砖图案、几何图形、文字、符号等。
根据需要,所述印刷层12中还可以具有光反射层、磁体层、导电层等功能性层等。其中,作为所述光反射层,可列举例如通过在树脂膜表面蒸镀金属(铝、铬、银等)而在其全体或局部形成的金属膜层,或是表面具有反射率优异的白色涂膜或金属光泽涂膜(使用含铝、铬、银等金属的油墨)的树脂膜等。当所述光反射层在印刷层12的整个面上形成时,形成的光反射层成为全面涂布的着色层;当所述光反射层在印刷层12的部分上形成时,其成为图案层。所述磁体层中包含磁体,所述导电层中包含导电材料。
另外,作为装饰用片材10中的粘结剂层13,可使用例如热塑性树脂、热固性树脂等公知树脂作为热敏型粘结剂。在所述热塑性树脂中,可使用例如丙烯酸树脂、氯化聚烯烃树脂、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、热塑性氨基甲酸酯树脂、热塑性聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂、橡胶类树脂等中的一种或两种以上混合物。另外,在所述热固性树脂中,可使用氨基甲酸酯树脂、环氧树脂等。
所述粘结剂层13可使用上述树脂形成的粘结剂通过凹版印刷、辊涂等公知的印刷或涂布法形成。另外,对粘结剂层13的厚度没有特殊限制,但通常为1~20μm左右,优选1~10μm左右。
用于本发明的经压花装饰的注射成型制品1的装饰片10可通过下述方法制造:例如,在形成表面层11的树脂膜的背面按照图案层、全面涂布的着色层的顺序印刷或涂布印刷层12,随后涂布粘结剂层13。
作为用于本发明的经压花装饰的注射成型制品1的注射树脂层20的树脂,可使用公知树脂,基本上没有特殊限制。可根据制品所需要的物性及其成本等进行选择。如果选择热塑性树脂,则可以是ABS树脂(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)、聚碳酸酯、苯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、氯乙烯树脂、聚烯烃类树脂等。另一方面,如果选择热固性树脂,则选择双组分固化性树脂,例如氨基甲酸酯树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂等未固化树脂液等。所述热塑性树脂可通过加热熔融、使其在流动状态下注射,而所述固化性树脂则在室温下或经适当加热后使其(其未固化树脂)在流动状态下注射。
另外,根据其用途,所述注射树脂还可以适当使用添加了着色剂的有色树脂。作为所述着色剂,可使用如上述印刷层12中所述的公知着色剂。另外,根据需要,所述注射树脂中还可以适当含有二氧化硅、氧化铝、滑石、碳酸钙、氢氧化铝等无机物粉末,玻璃纤维等填充剂,稳定剂、润滑剂等各类公知的添加剂。
为了在本发明的经压花装饰的注射成型制品1的表面层11表面上形成凹凸图案,首先要利用公知的压花加工方法在装饰片10的表面层11侧形成凹凸图案。上述压花加工步骤优选在150℃以上的温度下进行,更优选在150~260℃的温度下进行,进一步优选在160~250℃的温度下进行,尤其优选在200~240℃的温度下进行,以便迅速对构成表面层11的丙烯酸树脂膜进行加工。这里,所述的压花加工步骤的温度为150℃是指,在加工中进行赋形之前,装饰片10的温度为150℃。另外,加工时压花版的温度在90℃左右即可。
为了提高凹凸图案的图案设计性,压花加工时需对图案的深度进行适当调整。因而,可以在表面层11的厚度范围内对图案深度进行调整,而形成的凹凸图案的深度也可以到达印刷层12及粘结剂层13。
图2是对本发明的凹凸装饰注射成型制品的制备方法的一方案(热喷射成形)进行说明的概念图。注射成型模具由注射成型模具(阳模)41和注射成型模具(阴模)42构成。在真空成型步骤中,如上所述,将经过压花加工的装饰片10加热至指定温度,并利用片材夹45将其挤出并固定到注射成型模具(阴模)42上,然后,通过抽吸孔43抽真空,即可完成指定的模压加工。在紧随其后进行的注射成型步骤中,将注射树脂44注射到注射成型模具内,形成注射树脂层20。注射成型结束并冷却后,从注射成型模具中取出经压花装饰的注射成型制品1。
如上所述,在150℃以上的温度下进行了压花加工的装饰片10进行真空成型时优选下述方法:将所述装饰片10配置于注射成型模具内,使其压花加工侧即表面层11位于注射成型模具侧,并使真空成型温度为90~110℃。只要在该温度范围内,即使在真空成型步骤中,也可保持形成在装饰片10上的凹凸图案。
在上述真空成型步骤之后,通过向真空成型的树脂膜上注射树脂来形成注射树脂层,注射树脂的温度可以根据树脂的熔点及软化点进行适当选择。
即使进行深度压花加工以至达到装饰片10的粘结剂层13表面、且注射树脂处于高温的情况下,由于注射树脂粘结剂层13表面的凹部将随即被注射树脂充满,因而经压花的凹凸图案可保持其凹凸形状。另外,由于注射树脂处于高温时将向装饰片10转移热量,转移的热量会立刻散至注射成型模具内,因此装饰片10的表面层11的温度与注射树脂温度相比保持在较低温度,从而可使装饰片10的表面层11表面的凹凸图案保持其凹凸形状。
在图2中,即使注射成型模具的正面部分46和侧面部分47之夹角减去90°后所得的角度θ,即,注射成型制品的正面部分和侧面部分之夹角减去90°后所得的角度θ(以下称为脱模角θ)在大于0°且在5°以下的情况下,由于本发明的经压花装饰的注射成型制品可进行脱模,因此可制造出具有在利用压纹加工赋予表面以凹凸图案的注射成型制品中无法制造的形状的注射成型制品。
实施例
以下通过实施例对本发明进行进一步具体说明,但本发明不受限于下述实例。
实施例1
在包含丙烯酸树脂(甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂)的树脂膜(膜厚125μm)背面凹版印刷包含聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯/氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(质量比:2∶1)的组合物的图案层;并在没有印刷图案层部分中的一部分上凹版印刷金属光泽涂膜,将其作为光反射层;通过辊涂法涂布全面涂布的着色层,该全面涂布的着色层中除了含有与所述图案层相同的组合物以外还含有高遮盖性颜料(钛白及有色颜料);进一步通过辊涂法涂布包含丙烯酸树脂的粘结剂层,然后,经干燥获得装饰片。
采用金属制压花辊,控制即将赋形之前的片材温度为200~240℃、压花版温度约为90℃,在上述装饰片的表面层侧形成了具有平均压花深度70μm的凹凸图案即木纹图案。
将上述装饰片加热至100℃,在注射成型模具(模具温度为60℃)内进行真空成型,使成型制品的正面部分及侧面部分二者均与注射成型模具(阴模)相贴合,从而使这两部分经压花加工均具有凹凸图案。在随后的注射成型步骤中,以树脂压力350kg/cm2、树脂温度230℃的条件下注射ABS树脂,向装饰片施加热和压力。从而,在树脂与模具相接触的瞬间,树脂的热量散热至模具,使装饰片表面为100℃。冷却后,将经压花装饰的注射成型制品从注射成型模具中取出。注射成型制品的脱模角θ为1 °,但脱模性良好。通过肉眼观察对获得的压花装饰成型制品外观进行了评价。
实施例1得到的经压花装饰的注射成型制品,其正面部分及侧面部分的两部分上显示出具有立体感的凹凸图案即木纹图案,其具有浮现感的图案使制品体现出高级感。
比较例1
将实施例中获得的装饰片加热至80℃,上述装饰片具有木纹图案平均压花深度为70μm的凹凸图案,在注射成型模具(模具温度为60℃)内进行真空成型,使成型制品的正面部分及侧面部分二者均与注射成型模具(阴模)相贴合,从而使这两部分经压花加工均具有凹凸图案。在随后的注射成型步骤中,以树脂压力350kg/cm2、树脂温度230℃下注射ABS树脂,向装饰片施加热和压力。从而,在树脂与模具相接触的瞬间,树脂的热量散热至模具,使装饰片表面为80℃。由于注射成型时装饰片表面为80℃,装饰片无法拉伸,使得在注射成型时沿模具产生裂痕。因而,无法获得期待的经压花装饰的注射成型制品。
比较例2
将实施例中获得的装饰片加热至140℃,上述装饰片具有木纹图案平均压花深度为70μm的凹凸图案,在注射成型模具(模具温度为60℃)内进行真空成型,使成型制品的正面部分及侧面部分二者均与注射成型模具(阴模)相贴合,从而使这两部分经压花加工均具有凹凸图案。在随后的注射成型步骤中,以树脂压力350kg/cm2、树脂温度230℃下注射ABS树脂,向装饰片施加热和压力。从而,在树脂与模具相接触的瞬间,树脂的热量散热至模具,使装饰片表面为140℃。冷却后,将经压花装饰的注射成型制品从注射成型模具中取出。该注射成型制品的脱模角θ为1°,但脱模性良好。通过肉眼观察对获得的压花装饰成型制品外观进行了评价。
比较例2获得的经压花装饰的注射成型制品,由于其装饰片处于高温,因而制品上基本不存在具有木纹图案的凹凸图案,图案设计性差,无法称其为经压花装饰的注射成型制品。
工业实用性
本发明提供了一种经压花装饰的注射成型制品,可在该注射成型制品的表面上简单形成凹凸图案,从而可赋予所述制品以更具高级感的立体图案设计性,因此,适宜将其用于各种车辆用内部装饰品、建筑物/住宅内部装饰品、高级日用品等。
Claims (10)
1.一种经压花装饰的注射成型制品,该注射成型制品包括:包含丙烯酸树脂膜的表面层、叠层在所述表面层内侧的印刷层、叠层在所述印刷层内侧的粘结剂层、以及注射树脂层,
其中,在所述注射成型制品的正面部分和侧面部分的所述表面层的表面上,具有通过压花加工而形成的凹凸图案。
2.根据权利要求1所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品,其中,印刷层包括全面涂布的着色层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品,其中,印刷层进一步包括图案层。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品,其中,印刷层包括光反射层。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品,其中,所述注射成型制品的正面部分与侧面部分之夹角减去90°后所得的角度θ大于0°且在5°以下。
6.一种经压花装饰的注射成型制品的制造方法,其中,所述注射成型制品包括装饰片和在装饰片内侧形成的注射树脂层,所述装饰片包括:包含丙烯酸树脂膜的表面层、叠层在所述表面层内侧的印刷层、以及叠层在所述印刷层内侧的粘结剂层,其中,该制造方法包括下述步骤:
在150℃以上的温度下对所述装饰片的所述表面层进行压花加工,从而赋予凹凸图案;
使所述表面层位于注射成型模具侧,并在这一状态下以90~110℃的温度对装饰片进行真空成形;
向上述真空成形后的所述装饰片注射树脂,从而形成注射树脂层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品的制造方法,其中,印刷层包括全面涂布的着色层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品的制造方法,其中,印刷层进一步包括图案层。
9.根据权利要求6~8中任一项所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品的制造方法,其中,印刷层包括光反射层。
10.根据权利要求6~9中任一项所述的经压花装饰的注射成型制品的制造方法,其中,所述注射成型模具的正面部分与侧面部分之夹角减去90°后所得的角度θ大于0°且在5°以下。
