Abstract

一种冷却系统及其控制方法,在通过风门对通过蓄电池用送风风扇的驱动而对乘坐者室内的空气进行吸气并向蓄电池送风的室内吸气模式和通过蓄电池用送风风扇的驱动而对由空调(蒸发器)冷却的空气进行吸气并向蓄电池送风的A/C吸气模式进行切换时,在车速V在规定车速Vref以上时直接切换风门(S240~S260),在车速V低于规定车速Vref时将蓄电池用送风风扇的驱动限制到规定量Qlim,然后切换风门(S220~S260)。由此,由于能够抑制伴随着风门的切换而产生的风声,所以,能够抑制带给驾驶者、乘坐者的不适感。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷却搭载在机动车上的蓄电装置的冷却系统及该冷却系统的控制方法。
背景技术
以往,作为这种冷却系统,提出下述方案,该冷却系统搭载在车辆上,通过风门对从车室内及车室外对空气进行吸气并向蓄电池送风的通路和对通过蒸发器(evaporator)冷却的空气进行吸气并对蓄电池进行送风的通路进行切换,由此冷却蓄电池(例如,参照专利文献1及专利文献2)。在该冷却系统中,基于蓄电池的温度等切换风门,由此,能够将蓄电池维持在适当的温度范围内。

发明内容
在上述结构的冷却系统中,在冷却蓄电池时,伴随着对蓄电池送风的送风风扇、风门的动作,会产生风声等异响。通常,蓄电池的冷却是在驾驶者及乘坐者不知道的情况下进行的,因此,冷却蓄电池时产生的异响会施与驾驶者及乘坐者不适感。
本发明的冷却系统及冷却系统的控制方法,其目的在于抑制由于在冷却蓄电池等蓄电装置时的异响带给驾驶者、乘坐者不适感。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的冷却系统及冷却系统的控制方法采用以下的方案。
本发明的冷却系统,是一种用于冷却搭载在机动车上的蓄电装置的冷却系统,其技术思想在于,具有:具有对不同地点的空气进行吸气并对所述蓄电装置进行送风的多种送风模式的送风单元,通过对所述多种送风模式中的各送风管路的开通和遮断进行切换,来切换该多种送风模式的送风模式切换单元,和控制单元,该控制单元,通过所述送风模式切换单元在对所述蓄电装置送风的状态下作出切换所述送风模式的要求时,执行送风限制切换控制:控制所述送风单元以使向所述蓄电装置的送风受到限制,在限制向该蓄电装置的送风后,控制所述送风模式切换单元以使所述送风模式被切换,在对该送风模式切换单元进行切换后,控制所述送风单元以使向所述蓄电装置的送风的限制被解除。
在本发明的冷却系统中,通过送风模式切换单元在对蓄电装置送风的状态下作出切换送风模式的要求,该送风模式切换单元通过对对不同地点的空气进行吸气并对蓄电装置进行送风的多种送风模式的各送风管路的开通和遮断进行切换来切换多种送风模式,此时,执行送风限制切换控制:控制送风单元以使向所述蓄电装置的送风受到限制,在限制向该蓄电装置的送风后,控制送风模式切换单元以使送风模式被切换,在对该送风模式切换单元进行切换后,控制送风单元以使向蓄电装置的送风的限制被解除。由此,能够抑制在切换送风模式时产生风声等的异响,所以能够抑制带给驾驶者、乘坐者不适感。
在这样的本发明的冷却系统中,还具备对车室内的噪音的程度进行检测或推定的噪音程度检测推定单元,所述控制单元,在所述检测或推定的噪音的程度低于规定程度时执行所述送风限制切换控制,在所述检测或推定的噪音的程度在所述规定程度以上时,不进行所述送风的限制而控制所述送风模式切换单元,以使所述送风模式被切换。这样,根据车室内的噪音,掩盖伴随送风模式切换单元的动作产生的风声等异响,利用这个方法,能够抑制带给驾驶者及乘坐者的不适感。在这样的本发明的冷却系统中,所述噪音程度检测推定单元具有检测车速的车速检测单元,所述噪音程度检测推定单元是能够基于所述检测的车速设定所述噪音的程度的单元,在搭载于具有内燃机的机动车上的本发明的冷却系统中,所述噪音程度检测推定单元具有用于检测所述内燃机的转速的内燃机转速检测单元,所述噪音程度检测推定单元是能够基于所述检测的内燃机的转速设定所述噪音的程度的单元,在搭载于具有能够以可调的音量将声音向车室内输出的声音输出单元的机动车上的冷却系统中,所述噪音程度检测推定单元是能够基于所述声音输出单元的音量的调整状态设定所述噪音的程度的单元。
另外,在本发明的冷却系统中,具有进行车室内的空气调和的空调装置,所述多个送风模式,包括:对车室内或车室外的空气进行吸气并直接向所述蓄电装置送风的第1送风模式和对由所述空调装置冷却的空气进行吸气并向所述蓄电装置送风的第2送风模式。
而且,在本发明的冷却系统中,具有对与所述蓄电装置的温度相关的温度关系参数进行检测的温度关系参数检测单元,所述送风模式的切换要求是基于所述检测的温度关系参数而产生的要求。这样,能够根据需要设定适当的送风模式。
本发明的冷却系统的控制方法,该冷却系统具有:具有对不同地点的空气进行吸气并对所述蓄电装置进行送风的多种送风模式的送风单元,通过对所述多种送风模式中的各送风管路的开通和遮断进行切换,来切换该多种送风模式的送风模式切换单元,在该冷却系统的控制方法中,通过所述送风模式切换单元在对所述蓄电装置送风的状态下作出切换所述送风模式的要求时,执行送风限制切换控制:控制所述送风单元以使向所述蓄电装置的送风受到限制,在限制向该蓄电装置的送风后,控制所述送风模式切换单元以使所述送风模式被切换,在对该送风模式切换单元进行切换后,控制所述送风单元以使向所述蓄电装置的送风的限制被解除。。

在该本发明的冷却系统的控制方法中,其特征在于:在车室内的噪音的程度低于规定程度时执行所述送风限制切换控制,在车室内的噪音的程度在所述规定程度以上时,不进行所述送风的限制地控制所述送风模式切换单元,以使所述送风模式被切换。这样,根据车室内的噪音,掩盖伴随送风模式切换单元的动作产生的风声等异响,利用这个方法,能够抑制带给驾驶者及乘坐者的不适感。在这种情况下,其特征在于,所述机动车具有内燃机,基于所述内燃机的转速判定所述车室内的噪音的程度,对所述送风模式切换单元进行控制。另外,其特征在于:所述机动车具有声音输出设备,该声音输出设备能够以可调整的音量将声音向车室内输出,基于所述声音输出设备的音量的调整状态对所述车室内的噪音的程度进行判断,控制所述送风模式切换单元。

具体实施方式
下面,采用实施例说明用于实施本发明的最佳方式。图1是表示作为本发明的一个实施例的混合动力机动车20的结构的概要的结构图,图2是表示实施例的蓄电池46的冷却系统60的结构的概要的结构图。如图1所示,实施例的混合动力机动车20具有:发动机22;在发动机22的曲轴26上连接有行星齿轮架并且在经由差速齿轮31连接于驱动轮32a、32b的驱动轴34上连接有环形齿轮的行星齿轮机构28;连接于行星齿轮单元28的太阳轮的能发电的马达MG1;对驱动轴34输入或从驱动轴34输出动力的马达MG2;经由逆变器42、44与马达MG1、MG2交换电力的蓄电池46;对乘坐者室90内进行空气调节的空气调节机(以下称作空调)50;能使用由空调50冷却的空气对蓄电池46进行冷却的冷却系统60;组装入乘坐者室90的驾驶席前方的控制盘中的、具有调节器(未图示)、声音输出扩音器89a及音量调整按钮89b等的音响设备89;和控制车辆的驱动系统并且控制实施例的冷却系统60的混合用电子控制单元70。
发动机22,通过输入来自检测发动机22的运行状态的各种传感器的信号,例如来自安装于发动机22的曲轴26的曲轴位置传感器23的曲轴位置的发动机用电子控制单元(以下,称作发动机ECU)24,来接受燃料喷射控制、点火控制、吸入空气量调节控制等运行控制。发动机ECU24与混合用电子控制单元70进行通信,通过来自混合用电子控制单元70的控制信号对发动机22进行运行控制,并且,根据需要,将与发动机22的运行状态相关的数据输出到混合用电子控制单元70。
马达MG1、MG2由马达用电子控制单元(以下称作马达ECU)48驱动控制。在马达ECU48中输入有用于驱动控制马达MG1、MG2的必要的信号,例如输入来自用于检测马达MG1、MG2的转子的旋转位置的未图示的旋转位置检测传感器的信号、通过未图示的电流传感器检测的施加于马达MG1、MG2的相电流等,从马达ECU48向逆变器42、44输出开关控制信号。马达ECU48与混合用电子控制单元70进行通信,通过来自混合用电子控制单元70的控制信号驱动控制马达MG1、MG2,并且根据需要将与马达MG1、MG2的运行状态相关的数据输出到混合用电子控制单元70。
空调50,如图1及图2所示,具有:压缩冷媒并使其成为高温高压的气体状的压缩机51;使用外气对被压缩的冷媒进行冷却并使其成为高压的液状的冷凝器52;使被冷却的冷媒急剧膨胀并成为低温低压的雾状的膨胀阀53;通过使低温低压的冷媒与空气进行热交换而使冷媒蒸发成为低温低压的气体状的蒸发器54;将通过与蒸发器54之间的热交换而被冷却的空气送到乘坐者室90的空调用送风风扇55,通过驱动空调用送风风扇55而从对内气和外气进行切换的内外气切换用风门56经由过滤器57对空气进行吸气,并且将吸入的空气通过蒸发器54进行冷却并送到乘坐者室90。
空调50由空调用电子控制单元(以下,称作空调ECU)59控制。在空调ECU59中输入来自检测乘坐者室90内的温度的温度传感器92的室内温度Tin等,从空调ECU59输出对压缩机51的驱动信号或对空调用送风风扇55的驱动信号、对内外气切换用风门56的驱动信号、对后述的马达切换用风门68的驱动信号等。空调ECU59与混合用电子控制单元70进行通信,通过来自混合用电子控制单元70的控制信号控制空调50,并且,将与空调50的运行状态相关的数据发送到混合用电子控制单元70。
冷却系统60构成为,能够通过对乘坐者室90内的空气进行吸气并直接送到蓄电池46,冷却蓄电池46(以下,将该冷却模式称作室内吸气模式),或者,通过对由空调50的蒸发器54冷却的空气进行吸气并送到蓄电池46,由此冷却蓄电池46(以下,将该冷却模式称作A/C吸气模式)。冷却系统60,如图2所示,具有:连通乘坐者室90(内气)和蓄电池46的空气管路62;设在空气管路62上、将吸入气体送到蓄电池46的蓄电池用送风风扇64;将从空调用送风风扇55通过蒸发器54的空气的一部分导入到空气管路62中的蓄电池用送风风扇64的上游侧的分支管66;设在空气管路62和分支管66的合流部分上、选择性地进行内气的遮断和分支管66的遮断的模式切换用风门68。
混合用电子控制单元70由以CPU72为中心的微处理器构成,除了CPU72以外,还具有存储处理程序的ROM74;暂时存储数据的RAM76;和未图示的输入输出端口及通信端口。在该混合用电子控制单元70中,经由输入端口输入以下信号:来自检测蓄电池46的温度的温度传感器47a的电池温度Tb、来自安装于蓄电池46的输出端子的电流传感器47b的充放电电流Ib;来自安装在空气管路62中的蓄电池46的入口附近的温度传感器69的吸气温度Tbi;来自点火开关80的点火信号;来自检测变速杆81的操作位置的变速位置传感器82的变速位置SP;来自检测加速踏板83的踏入量的加速踏板位置传感器84的加速踏板开度Acc;来自检测制动踏板85的踏入量的制动踏板位置传感器86的制动踏板位置BP;来自车速传感器88的车速V;和来自音量调整按钮89b的操作信号等。另外,从混合用电子控制单元70经由输出端口输出对蓄电池用送风风扇64的驱动信号等。混合用电子控制单元70如上述那样,通过通信端口与发动机ECU24及马达ECU48、空调ECU59连接,进行与发动机ECU24及马达ECU48、空调ECU59的各种控制信号及数据的交换。
接下来,说明这样构成的实施例的混合动力机动车20的动作,尤其是冷却蓄电池46时的动作。图3是表示通过混合用电子控制单元70执行的蓄电池冷却处理程序的一例的流程图。该程序,在通过温度传感器47a检测出的电池温度Tb在规定温度(例如50℃)以上时每隔规定时间(例如每数十msec)反复进行。
若执行蓄电池冷却处理程序,则混合用电子控制单元70的CPU72,首先要执行输入来自温度传感器69的吸气温度Tbi、蓄电池46的电池负荷Lb、来自车速传感器88的车速V、空调50的A/C风量Qac等控制所必需的数据的处理(步骤S100)。在此,蓄电池46的电池负荷Lb,例如,能够通过以规定次数导出蓄电池46的充放电电力(将蓄电池46的内部电阻乘以由电流传感器47b检测出的充放电电流Ib的平方所得的值)并取其平均值而求出。另外,从空调ECU59通过通信输入空调50的A/C风量Qac,该空调50的A/C风量Qac,是基于作为应向乘坐者室90侧吹出的风量由操作者设定的设定风量、设定温度以及来自温度传感器92的室内温度Tin等设定的风量。
这样输入数据后,基于输入的吸气温度Tbi、电池负荷Lb和现在设定的冷却模式Mc来判断冷却模式要求(步骤S110)。该判断是基于吸气温度Tbi、电池负荷Lb、现在设定的冷却模式Mc、冷却模式要求判断用图进行的。冷却模式要求判断用图的一例由图4表示。由于能够将吸气温度Tbi和电池负荷Lb视为对蓄电池46的温度(电池温度Tb)产生较大影响的参数,所以在吸气温度Tbi、电池负荷Lb较大时,由于蓄电池46的温度大幅度上升,所以判断为必需促进蓄电池46的冷却,则要求A/c吸气模式,在吸气温度Tbi、电池负荷Lb较小时,由于蓄电池46的温度没有那样大幅度地上升,所以判断为不需要促进蓄电池46的冷却,则要求室内吸气模式。在现在设定的冷却模式Mc和本次判断的冷却模式Mc不同的情况下,要求切换冷却模式Mc。
在作为冷却模式Mc要求室内吸气模式时(步骤S120),基于输入的车速V设定应向蓄电池46送风的目标蓄电池风量Qb(步骤S130),通过设定的目标蓄电池风量Qb驱动控制蓄电池用送风风扇64(步骤S180),并结束本程序。在此,室内吸气模式时的目标蓄电池风量Qb,在实施例中是如下设定的,预先求出车速V和目标蓄电池风量Qb之间的关系并作为图存储在ROM74中,在施加车速V后从存储的图中导出对应的目标蓄电池风量Qb。该图的一例由图5表示。若车速V变大,则基于行驶的噪音也变大,带给驾驶者、乘坐者的暗噪音也变大。另一方面,由于通常蓄电池用送风风扇64的驱动是在驾驶者、乘坐者不知道的情况下进行的,因此,若以较大的转速驱动蓄电池用送风风扇64的话,会存在由于驱动音而带带驾驶者、乘坐者不适感、不快感的情况。在实施例中,由于车速V越大暗噪音变得越大,因此,考虑这样能够较大程度地掩盖蓄电池用送风风扇64的驱动音,从而允许车速V越大越以大的目标蓄电池风量Qb驱动蓄电池用送风风扇64,由此,在不带给驾驶者、乘坐者不适感、不快感的范围内驱动蓄电池用送风风扇64并冷却蓄电池46。
另一方面,在作为冷却模式Mc要求A/C吸气模式时(步骤S120),基于输入的车速V和A/C风量Qac来设定目标蓄电池风量Qb(步骤S140),并且,以使设定的A/C风量Qac增加目标蓄电池风量Qb的量方式对空调ECU59进行指示(步骤S150),以设定的目标蓄电池风量Qb驱动控制蓄电池用送风风扇64(步骤S180),并结束本程序。接受增量指示的空调ECU59,使A/C风量Qac增加目标蓄电池风量Qb的量并驱动空调用送风风扇55。因此,即使以目标蓄电池风量Qb对从空调用送风风扇55送风的空气进行吸气并向蓄电池46送风,乘坐者室90内的空气调和也不会受到任何影响。在此,A/C吸气模式时的目标蓄电池风量Qb,在实施例中是如下设定的,预先求出车速V、A/C风量Qac和目标蓄电池风量Qb之间的关系并作为图存储在ROM74中,在施与车速V和A/C风量Qac后,从存储的图中导出对应的目标蓄电池风量Qb。该图的一例由图6所示。如图所示,A/C吸气模式时的目标蓄电池风量Qb**被设定成比同一车速V的室内吸气模式时的目标蓄电池风量Qb小的值。这是由于,如上所述,在A/C吸气模式时,由于使A/C风量Qac增加目标蓄电池风量Qb的量并对空调用送风风扇55进行驱动,因此,与蓄电池用送风风扇64的驱动音相比空调用送风风扇55的驱动音变大,容易使驾驶者、乘坐者感到不适感、不快感。
在步骤S120中,判断为产生冷却模式Mc的切换要求时,当判断为不处于切换冷却模式Mc的过程中时(步骤S160),开始模式切换处理(步骤S170)。然后,驱动控制蓄电池用送风风扇64(步骤S180),结束本程序。图7是表示通过实施例的混合用电子控制单元70与蓄电池冷却处理程序并行进行的模式切换处理的一例的流程图。以下,详细说明模式切换处理。
在模式切换处理中,混合用电子控制单元70的CPU72,首先输入车速V(步骤S200),并将输入的车速V和规定车速Vref进行比较(步骤S210)。在此,规定车速Vref采用通过实验求出的能够充分掩盖由于行驶噪音而在切换模式切换用风门68时生成的风声的程度的车速。在判断车速V在规定车速Vref以上时,指示空调ECU59,使其直接切换模式切换用风门68(步骤S240),等待模式切换用风门68切换完成(步骤S250),将切换完成标记F设定成值1(步骤S260),结束本处理。在车速V较大时,由于基于行驶的噪音(暗噪音)也会变大,所以,即使在模式切换用风门68切换时产生风声等异响,产生的异响也会被暗噪音掩盖,不给驾驶者、乘坐者带来不适感、不快感。此外,模式切换用风门68的切换是否完成,能够通过判断是否经过了比模式切换用风门68的切换通常所需要的时间更长的时间,或设置检测模式切换用风门68的位置的传感器从而基于来自该传感器的信号进行判断来进行。若将切换完成标记F被设定成值1,则判断为冷却模式Mc的切换结束,接下来直到在步骤S120中产生冷却模式Mc的切换要求,分别执行如下处理,即在切换成室内吸气模式时,进入图3的蓄电池冷却处理程序的步骤S130的处理,在切换成A/C吸气模式时,进入步骤S140的处理。
另一方面,在判断车速V低于规定车速Vref时,将蓄电池用送风风扇64的目标蓄电池风量Qb限制成规定量Qlim(步骤S220),等待经过向蓄电池46实际的送风降低到规定量Qlim所需要的规定时间(步骤S230),指示空调ECU59切换模式切换用风门68(步骤S240),在模式切换用风门68的切换完成时(步骤S250),将切换完成标记F设定成值1(步骤S260),结束本处理。在此,规定量Qlim采用通常实验求出的、用于将在进行模式切换用风门68的切换时产生的风声限制在不会给驾驶者、乘坐者带来不适感、不快感的范围内的风量。这样在基于行驶的噪音(暗噪音)较小故在模式切换用风门68时产生的风声不能被掩盖时,通过使蓄电池用送风风扇64的目标蓄电池风量Qb减小而抑制伴随模式切换用风门68的切换而产生的风声,由此,能够抑制带给驾驶者及乘坐者的不适感、不快感。
图8示出了在车速V低于规定车速Vref时,从室内吸气模式切换到A/C吸气模式时的蓄电池用送风风扇64的风量、空调用送风风扇55的风量和模式切换用风门68的位置随时间变化的情况,图9示出了在车速V低于规定车速Vref时,从A/C吸气模式切换到室内吸气模式时的蓄电池用送风风扇64的风量、空调用送风风扇55的风量和模式切换用风门68的位置随时间变化的情况。如图8所示,在时刻t1,产生了从室内吸气模式切换向A/C吸气模式的切换要求,则将蓄电池用送风风扇64的目标蓄电池风量Qb限制到规定量Qlim,并且,在时刻t2,将模式切换用风门68向A/C吸气模式侧切换,在模式切换用风门68的切换完成的时刻t3,解除对目标蓄电池风量Qb的限制,通过A/C吸气模式进行向蓄电池46的送风。另外,如图9所示,在时刻t4,产生从A/C吸气模式向室内吸气模式的切换要求,将蓄电池用送风风扇64的目标蓄电池风量Qb限制到规定量Qlim,并且,去除由目标蓄电池风量Qb所产生的A/C风量Qac的增量,在时刻t5,将模式切换用风门68的位置向室内吸气模式侧切换,在模式切换用风门68的切换完成的时刻t6,解除对目标蓄电池风量Qb的限制,并进行通过室内吸气模式进行的蓄电池46的送风。
根据以上说明的实施例的混合机动车20,在通过模式切换用风门68选择性地遮断对乘坐者室90内的空气进行吸气直接向蓄电池46送风的室内吸气模式的空气管路62和对由空调50冷却的空气进行吸气向蓄电池46送风的A/C吸气模式的分支管66,由此对冷却模式Mc进行切换的冷却系统中,在产生送风模式Mc的切换要求时,由于是在将蓄电池用送风风扇64的风量(目标蓄电池风量Qb)限制到规定量Qlim后对模式切换用风门68进行切换的,因此,能够抑制伴随模式切换用风门68的切换而产生的风声。其结果,能够抑制带给驾驶者、乘坐者不适感、不快感。而且,在车速V在规定车速Vref以上时,由于直接控制模式切换用风门68使其切换送风模式Mc,因此,能够通过基于行驶的噪音掩饰伴随着模式切换用风门68的切换而产生的风声等异响,能够抑制带给驾驶者、乘坐者的不适感、不快感。
在实施例的混合动力机动车20中,在产生冷却模式Mc的切换要求时,在车速V低于规定车速Vref时,将蓄电池用送风风扇64的目标蓄电池风量Qb限制到规定量Qlim后切换模式切换用风门68,在车速V在规定车速Vref以上时,直接切换模式切换用风门68,但是也可以无论车速V如何,都在将蓄电池用送风风扇64的目标蓄电池风量Qb限制到规定量Qlim后切换模式切换用风门68。
在实施例的混合动力机动车20中,将车速V作为置换成车室内的噪音(暗噪音)的参考值或用于推定噪音的检测值,但是,也可以采用能够置换成车室内的噪音(暗噪音)其他的参数。例如,可以采用由曲轴位置传感器23检测并计算的发动机22的转速Ne或由音响设备89的音调调整按钮89b调整的音量,也可以采用在乘坐者室90内设置麦克并通过设置的麦克所实际检测的噪音水平。
在实施例的混合动力机动车20中,虽基于吸气温度Tbi和电池负荷Lb判断冷却模式Mc,但是,也可仅基于吸气温度Tbi判断冷却模式Mc,也可仅基于电池负荷Lb判断冷却模式Mc,还可以采用电池温度Tb或其上升率等其他参数判断冷却模式Mc。
在实施例的混合动力机动车20中,作为冷却系统60的冷却模式Mc,具有对乘坐者室90内的空气进行吸气直接向蓄电池46送风的室内吸气模式和对由空调50(蒸发器54)冷却的空气进行吸气向蓄电池46送风的A/C吸气模式,但是,只要具备对不同场所的空气进行吸气并向蓄电池送风的两个以上的模式就可以,例如,可以为对外气进行吸气向蓄电池送风的模式,还可以为对行李箱内的空气进行吸气并向蓄电池送风的模式。
在实施例中,本发明的冷却系统60适用于与具有发动机22、行星齿轮单元28、马达MG1、MG2的混合动力机动车20中的马达MG1、MG2进行电力交换的蓄电池46的冷却,但是,也可以适用于与除此以外的混合动力机动车中的行驶用马达进行电力交换的蓄电池等蓄电装置的冷却,也可以适用于与作为行驶用的动力源仅具有马达的机动车中的马达进行电力交换的蓄电池等蓄电装置的冷却。另外,还适用于发动机能够自动停止和自动起动的机动车中的、在自动起动时所用的蓄电装置的冷却。
以上,通过实施例就用于实施本发明的最佳方式进行了说明,但是,本发明不限定于这些实施例,在不脱离本发明的技术思想的范围内,能够通过各种方式实施得到。
产业上的利用可能性
本发明能够被利用在冷却系统的制造产业、机动车的制造产业中。

Claims (9)

1.一种冷却系统,该冷却系统是用于冷却搭载在机动车上的蓄电装置的冷却系统,其具有:
具有对不同地点的空气进行吸气并对所述蓄电装置进行送风的多种送风模式的送风单元,
通过对所述多种送风模式中的各送风管路的开通和遮断进行切换,来切换该多种送风模式的送风模式切换单元,
对车室内的噪音的程度进行检测或推定的噪音程度检测推定单元;和
控制单元,该控制单元,通过所述送风模式切换单元在对所述蓄电装置送风的状态下作出切换所述送风模式的要求时,执行送风限制切换控制:控制所述送风单元以使向所述蓄电装置的送风受到限制,在限制向该蓄电装置的送风后,控制所述送风模式切换单元以使所述送风模式被切换,在对该送风模式切换单元进行切换后,控制所述送风单元以使向所述蓄电装置的送风的限制被解除;进一步,在所述检测或推定的噪音的程度低于规定程度时执行所述送风限制切换控制,在所述检测或推定的噪音的程度在所述规定程度以上时,不进行所述送风的限制而控制所述送风模式切换单元,以使所述送风模式被切换。
2.如权利要求1所记载的冷却系统,其特征在于:
所述噪音程度检测推定单元,是具有检测车速的车速检测单元、并基于所述检测出的车速设定所述噪音的程度的单元。
3.如权利要求1所记载的冷却系统,其特征在于:
所述机动车具有内燃机,
所述噪音程度检测推定单元,是具有检测所述内燃机的转速的内燃机转速检测单元、并基于所述检测出的内燃机的转速设定所述噪音的程度的单元。
4.如权利要求1所记载的冷却系统,其特征在于:
所述机动车具有在车室内以可调整的音量输出声音的声音输出单元,
所述噪音程度检测推定单元是基于所述声音输出单元中的音量的调整状态来设定所述噪音的程度的单元。
5.如权利要求1所记载的冷却系统,其特征在于:
所述机动车具有进行车室内的空气调和的空调装置,
所述多种送风模式包括:对车室内或车室外的空气进行吸气并直接对所述蓄电装置送风的第1送风模式和对由所述空调装置冷却的空气进行吸气并对所述蓄电装置送风的第2送风模式。
6.如权利要求1所记载的冷却系统,其特征在于:
具有对与所述蓄电装置的温度相关的温度关系参数进行检测的温度关系参数检测单元,
所述送风模式的切换要求是基于所述检测出的温度关系参数而产生的要求。
7.一种冷却系统的控制方法,该冷却系统具有:具有对不同地点的空气进行吸气并对搭载于机动车上的蓄电装置进行送风的多种送风模式的送风单元;和通过对所述多种送风模式中的各送风管路的开通和断开进行切换,来切换该多种送风模式的送风模式切换单元,
该冷却系统的控制方法中,通过所述送风模式切换单元在对所述蓄电装置送风的状态下作出切换所述送风模式的要求时,执行送风限制切换控制:控制所述送风单元以使向所述蓄电装置的送风受到限制,在限制向该蓄电装置的送风后,控制所述送风模式切换单元以使所述送风模式被切换,在对该送风模式切换单元进行切换后,控制所述送风单元以使向所述蓄电装置的送风的限制被解除;进一步,在所述检测或推定的噪音的程度低于规定程度时执行所述送风限制切换控制,在所述检测或推定的噪音的程度在所述规定程度以上时,不进行所述送风的限制而控制所述送风模式切换单元,以使所述送风模式被切换。
8.如权利要求7所记载的冷却系统的控制方法,其特征在于:
所述机动车具有内燃机,
基于所述内燃机的转速对所述车室内的噪音的程度进行判定并控制所述送风模式切换单元。
9.如权利要求7所记载的冷却系统的控制方法,其特征在于:
所述机动车具有在车室内以可调整的音量输出声音的声音输出设备,
基于所述声音输出设备中的音量的调整状态对所述车室内的噪音的程度进行判定并控制所述送风模式切换单元。
