In other words, the control device 3 controls the air volume of the cooling fan 2 based on the temperature of the battery 1 when the door 42 is closed. Then, when the door 42 is opened, the control device 3 shifts to control based on the open / closed state of the door 42.
- the fan motor control unit 36 generates a control signal for driving the cooling fan 2 so that the rotation number of the cooling fan 2 matches the target rotation number determined by the fan rotation number determination unit 35, and the generated control A signal is output to the cooling fan 2.
- FIG. 4 is a time chart showing the number of rotations of the cooling fan 2 when the door 42 of the vehicle 100 is opened and closed.
- the horizontal axis represents time
- the vertical axis represents fan rotation speed and door opening / closing signal.
- the door switch 43 when the closed door 42 is opened at time T ⁇ b> 11, the door switch 43 outputs a signal indicating that the door 42 is opened to the control device 3. Based on the signal from the door switch 43, the control device 3 reduces the rotational speed of the cooling fan 2 from N1 to N2.

- the control device 3 starts counting time while keeping the rotational speed of the cooling fan 2 lowered.
- the control device 3 starts to recover the rotational speed of the cooling fan 2.
- the predetermined time ⁇ T means that much of the dust that has entered the passenger compartment 41 while the door 42 is open has fallen on the floor or seat in the passenger compartment 41 after the door 42 is closed. This is the expected time.
- the air volume recovery operation to the battery 1 is started, so that the cooling air containing dust is prevented from being sent to the battery 1. it can.
- FIG. 5 is a flowchart for explaining battery cooling control executed by the control device 3 of FIG.
- the processing routine of this flowchart from the main routine is executed every predetermined time or every time a predetermined condition is satisfied.
- step (hereinafter, step is referred to as S) 10 control device 3 takes in a signal from battery state monitoring unit 11 and determines the temperature of battery 1. Is detected.
- the control device 3 calculates the target rotational speed of the cooling fan 2 based on the temperature of the battery 1. Note that the control device 3 may determine whether to operate the cooling fan 2 based on the temperature of the battery 1.
- the control device 3 takes in a signal from the door switch 43 and detects whether or not the door 42 is open.
- the control device 3 determines that the signal from the door switch 43 is abnormal when the signal from the door switch 43 cannot be normally received due to disconnection of the signal line, short circuit, communication abnormality, or the like.
- Control device 3 determines that door switch 43 is abnormal when vehicle 100 is running and a signal received from door switch 43 indicates that door 42 is open.
- Control device 3 may determine whether door 42 is open only when vehicle 100 is stopped. Thereby, the malfunctioning when the door switch 43 is out of order can be prevented.
- control device 3 determines whether or not to suppress the rotation speed of the cooling fan 2 and whether or not to recover the rotation speed of the cooling fan 2.
- the control device 3 determines a target rotational speed of the cooling fan 2. Subsequently, in S60, the control device 3 generates a control signal for driving the cooling fan 2 so that the rotational speed of the cooling fan 2 matches the target rotational speed, and the generated control signal is used as the cooling fan 2. And the process returns to the main routine.
- FIG. 6 is a flowchart for explaining the control executed in the fan rotation speed suppression determination process (S40) of FIG.
- control device 3 determines whether or not door 42 is open. If a positive determination is made in this process (YES in S411), the process proceeds to S412. In S412, control device 3 turns on the suppression mode.
- the suppression mode is a flag indicating whether or not to suppress the rotation speed of the cooling fan 2. On the other hand, if a negative determination is made in S411 (NO in S411), the process proceeds to S421.
- control device 3 determines whether the door 42 has changed from an open state to a closed state. If a positive determination is made in this process (YES in S421), the process proceeds to S422. In S422, control device 3 starts counting time. On the other hand, if a negative determination is made in S421 (NO in S421), the process proceeds to S431.
- control device 3 determines whether or not the suppression mode is ON. If a positive determination is made in this process (YES in S431), the process proceeds to S432. In S432, control device 3 determines whether or not the time count exceeds a predetermined value. That is, the control device 3 determines whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the door 42 was closed. Here, the predetermined time is assumed that much of the dust that has entered the passenger compartment 41 while the door 42 is open has fallen onto the floor or seat in the passenger compartment 41 after the door 42 is closed. Predicted time. If a positive determination is made in this process (YES in S432), the process proceeds to S433. In S433, control device 3 sets the suppression mode to OFF and the recovery mode to ON.
- the recovery mode is a flag indicating whether or not to recover the rotational speed of the cooling fan 2. That is, the control device 3 starts recovery of the rotational speed of the cooling fan 2. On the other hand, if a negative determination is made in S431 (NO in S431), the process proceeds to S441.
- control device 3 determines whether or not the recovery mode is ON. If a positive determination is made in this process (YES in S441), the process proceeds to S442. In S442, control device 3 determines whether or not to end the recovery mode. If a positive determination is made in this process (YES in S442), the process proceeds to S443. In S443, control device 3 sets the recovery mode to OFF.
- the condition for determining the end of the recovery mode is, for example, that the actual rotational speed of the cooling fan 2 matches the target rotational speed calculated in S20 (FIG. 5).
- FIG. 7 is a flowchart for explaining the control executed in the fan rotation speed determination process (S50) of FIG.
- control device 3 determines whether or not the suppression of the rotational speed of cooling fan 2 is prohibited. Specifically, the control device 3 prohibits the suppression of the rotation speed of the cooling fan 2 when the door switch 43 is abnormal or the signal from the door switch 43 is abnormal. The control device 3 also prohibits the suppression of the rotational speed of the cooling fan 2 even when the battery state monitoring unit 11 notifies that the battery 1 is abnormal.
