Description

  

  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 213429.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung  eines     kupferhaltigen        Trisazofarbstoffes,    da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass     4'-Ogy-3'-carboxy-          4-aminoazobenzol    - 3 -     sulfonsäure        diazotiert,     mit     1-Amino-2-methogynaphthalin-6-sulfon-          säure    gekuppelt, der     Disazofarbstoff    weiter       diazotiert,

      die     Dia.zodisazoverbindung        mit          2-Acetylamino    - 6 -     oxynaphthalin    - 8 -     sulfon-          säure    gekuppelt und der     gebildete    Farbstoff  durch Umsetzung mit kupferabgebenden  Verbindungen in die     Kupferkomplegverbin-          dun.g    übergeführt wird.  



  Der     Farbstoff,    ein dunkles Pulver, das       ,sich    in Wasser mit blaugrüner Farbe löst,  färbt Baumwolle aus dem     Glaubersalzbad    in  grauen Tönen.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    33,7 Teile     4'-Oxy-3'-carb,oxy-4-aminoazo-          benzol-3-sulfonsäure    werden wie bekannt       diazotiert    und mit 25,3 Teilen     1-Amino-2-          methogynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure    in Gegen-    wart von     Natriuma.cetat    gekuppelt und der  erhaltene     Disazofarbstoff    als     Natriumsalz     isoliert,

   in 1500 Teilen Wasser und Natron  lauge     gelöst,    mit 7,5 Teilen     Natriumnitrit     versetzt und durch     Einstürzen    von 80 Teilen  konzentrierter Salzsäure bei 5      diazotiert.    Die       abfiltrierte        Diazoniumverbindung    wird in  Eiswasser suspendiert und darauf mit 28,1  Teilen     2-Acetylamino-6-oxynaphthalin-8-sul-          fonsäure,    gelöst in 200 Teilen Wasser mit.  200 Teilen     Pyridin    und 20 Teilen Soda, bei  0  gekuppelt. Der fertig     gebildete    Farbstoff  wird     ausgesalzen,    filtriert und im Vakuum  getrocknet.
