Description

  

      Zusatzpatent        zum        Hauptpatent    Nr. 213429.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung       eines    kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbetoffes,    da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass     4'-Oxy-3'-carboxy-          3-aminoazobenzol        diazotiert,    mit     1-Amino-2-          äthoxynaphthalin    - 6 -     sulfonsäure    gekuppelt,

    der     Disazofarbstoff    weiter     diazotiert,    die       Diazodisazoverbindung    mit     2-Maleinylamino-          6-oxynaphthalin-8-sulfonisäure    gekuppelt und  der gebildete Farbstoff durch Umsetzung  mit kupferabgebenden Verbindungen in die       gupferkomplexverbindung    übergeführt wird.  



  Der Farbstoff, ein dunkles Pulver, das  sich in Wasser mit     gelbstichig    grüner Farbe  und in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit       gelboliver    Farbe löst, färbt Baumwolle aus  dem     Glaubersalzbad    in     grünen    Tönen.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  25,7 Teile     4'-Oxy-3'-carboxy-3-aminoazo-          benzol    werden wie bekannt     diazotiert    und  mit 26,7 Teilen     1-Amino-2-äthoxynaphtha-          lin-6-sulfonsäure    in     Gegenwart    von Na-         triumacetat    gekuppelt und der erhaltene  Farbstoff als     Natriumsalz    isoliert, in 1500  Teilen Wasser und Natronlauge gelöst, mit  7,5 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    versetzt     und:

      durch       Einstürzen    von 80 Teilen konzentrierter  Salzsäure bei 5      diazotiert.    Die     abfiltrierte          Diazoniumverbindung    wird in Eiswasser sus  pendiert     und    darauf mit 35,4 Teilen     2-Ma-          leinylamino    - 6 -     oxynaphthalin-8-sulfo@nsäure,     gelöst in 200 Teilen Wasser mit 200 Teilen       Pyridin    und 20 Teilen Soda, bei 0  gekup  pelt. Der fertig gebildete Farbstoff wird       ausgesalzen,    filtriert und im Vakuum ge  trocknet.
