Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung  eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes,    da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass     4,4'-Diamino-          diphenylharnstoff        tetrazotiert,        halbseitig        mit          m-Kresotinsäure    gekuppelt, die     erhaltene          Diazoazoverbindung    mit     1-Amino-2-ätho@xy-          naphthalin-6-sulfonsäure    sauer vereinigt,

   der       Disazofarbetoff        weiter        diazotiert,    die     Diazo-          disazoverbindung    mit     2-Aoetylamino-6-oxy-          naphthalin-8-sulfonsäure    gekuppelt und der  gebildete     Farbstoff    durch Umsetzung mit       kupferabgebenden    Verbindungen in die     Kup-          ferko.mplexverbindung    übergeführt wird.  



  Der Farbstoff, ein dunkles Pulver, das  sich in Wasser mit gelbgrüner Farbe löst,       fäxbt    Baumwolle aus, dem     Glaubersalzbad    in  olivgrünen Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  21,1 Teile 4,4'-     Diaminodiphenylharn-          stof    f werden wie bekannt     tetrazotiert    und  halbseitig mit 15,2 Teilen m -     gresotin-          säure    in     Gegenwart    von     Magnesia    bei 0   gekuppelt.

   Nun     wird    mit Salzsäure lack-         mussauer        ,gestellt    und mit 26,7 Teilen       1-Amino    - 2 -     äthoxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure     essigsauer weiter     gekuppelt.    Der     Disazof        arb-          stoff    wird sauer isoliert, in 1500 Teilen  Wasser und Natronlauge gelöst,     mit    7,

  5 Tei  len     Natriumnitrit    versetzt     und    durch Ein  sstürzen von 80 Teilen     konzentrierter    Salz  säure bei 5      diazotiert.    Die erbfiltrierte     Di-          azoniumverbindung        wird    in Eiswasser sus  pendiert und darauf mit 28,1 Teilen     2-Ace-          tylamino-6-oxynaphthalin-8-sulfonsäure,    ge  löst in 200 Teilen Wasser mit 200 Teilen       Pyridin    und 20 Teilen Soda, bei 0  gekup  pelt. Der fertig gebildete Farbstoff wird       ausgesalzen,    filtriert     und    im Vakuum ge  trocknet.
