Description

  

  Zusatzpatent     zum    Hauptpatent Nr. 212416.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Trisazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Trisazo-          farbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch ge  kennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol        tetrazotiertes          4,4'-Diaminodiphenyl    in saurem Medium mit  1     Mol        1-Amino-8-oxynaphthalin-4,6-disulfon-          säure    kuppelt,

   auf den gebildeten     Monoazo-          farbstoff    1     Mol        diazotierte        p-Sulfanilsäure     einwirken lässt und schliesslich mit 1     Mol        3-          Methylsulfamino-diphenylamin    kuppelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein dunkles Pul  ver dar, das sich in Wasser mit schwarz  violetter Farbe löst und Leder in vollen  blumigen     blaustichig    schwarzen Tönen färbt.       Beispiel:     184 Teile     4,4'-Diaminodiphenyl    werden in  üblicher Weise     tetrazotiert    und mit 341 Tei  len     1-Amino-    8     -ogynaphthalin-    4, 6     -disulfon-          säure    in mineralsaurem Medium gekuppelt.

    Dieses Zwischenprodukt wird     sodaalkalisch     mit der     Diazoverbindung    aus 209 Teilen     p-          Sulfanilsäure    (2 H20) vereinigt. Wenn keine  freie     Diazoverbindung    mehr nachzuweisen ist,  fügt man eine     natronalkalische    Lösung aus    262 Teilen     3-Methylsulfamino-diphenylamin     zu. Nach einigen Stunden ist die Farbstoff  bildung beendet. Durch Zusatz von Kochsalz  und     Abstumpfen    mit Mineralsäure wird der  Farbstoff abgeschieden. Er färbt Leder in  vollen blumigen blaustichig schwarzen Tönen  von hervorragender     Säurebeständigkeit    an.

  The new dye is a dark powder that dissolves in water with a black-violet color and dyes leather in full flowery blue-tinged black tones. Example: 184 parts of 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl are tetrazotized in the usual way and coupled with 341 parts of 1-amino-8-gynaphthalene-4, 6-disulfonic acid in a mineral acid medium.

    This intermediate product is combined with the diazo compound of 209 parts of p-sulfanilic acid (2 H2O) in an alkaline form. When no more free diazo compound can be detected, an alkaline soda solution of 262 parts of 3-methylsulfaminodiphenylamine is added. After a few hours, dye formation has ended. The dye is deposited by adding table salt and blunting it with mineral acid. It stains leather in full, flowery, blue-tinged black tones with excellent acid resistance.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trisazo- farbstoffes, dädurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol tetrazotiertes 4,4'-Diaminodiphenyl in saurem Medium mit 1 Mol 1-Amino-8-oxy- naphthalin-4,6-disulfonsäure kuppelt, PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of a trisazo dye, characterized in that 1 mol of tetrazotized 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl is coupled in an acidic medium with 1 mol of 1-amino-8-oxynaphthalene-4,6-disulfonic acid, auf den gebildeten Monoazofarbstoff 1 Mol diazo- tierte p-Sulfanilsäure einwirken lässt und schliesslich mit 1 Mol 3-Methylsulfamino- diphenylamin kuppelt.
