Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 212416.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Trisazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Trisazo-          farbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch ge  kennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol        tetrazotiertes          4,4'-Diaminodiphenyl    in saurem Medium mit  1     Mol        1-Amino-8-ogynaphthalin-3,6-disulfon-          säure    kuppelt,

   auf den gebildeten     Monoazo-          farbstoff    1     Mol        diazotiertes        Anilin        sodaalka-          lisch    einwirken lässt und schliesslich mit 1     Mol          3-Benzolsulfaminodiphenylamin    kuppelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein dunkles Pul  ver dar, das sich in Wasser mit schwarz  violetter Farbe löst und Baumwolle in grün  stichig schwarzen Tönen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  184 Teile     4,4'-Diaminodiphenyl    werden  in üblicher Weise     tetrazotiert    und mit 341  Teilen     1-Amino-8-ogynaphthalin-3,6-disulfon-          säure    in mineralsaurem Medium gekuppelt.    Dieses Zwischenprodukt wird     sodaalkalisch     mit     einer    aus 93 Teilen Anilin hergestellten       Diazobenzollösung    vereinigt. Wenn keine  freie     Diazoverbindung    mehr nachzuweisen     ist,     fügt man eine     natronalkalische    Lösung aus  324 Teilen     3-Benzolsulfaminodiphenylamin     zu. Nach kurzer Zeit ist die Kupplung been  det.

   Der Farbstoff wird in der üblichen Form  abgeschieden. Er färbt Baumwolle aus neu  tralem oder     sodaalkalischem    Bad in grün  schwarzen Tönen von guter Wasserechtheit.  Bemerkenswert ist seine Eigenschaft, Misch  gewebe aus verschiedenen Fasern gleich  mässig anzufärben.

  The new dye is a dark powder that dissolves in water with a black-violet color and dyes cotton in green, black tones.



  <I> Example: </I> 184 parts of 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl are tetrazotized in the customary manner and coupled with 341 parts of 1-amino-8-ogynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid in a mineral acid medium. This intermediate product is combined in an alkaline form with a diazobenzene solution prepared from 93 parts of aniline. When no more free diazo compound can be detected, an alkaline sodium solution of 324 parts of 3-benzenesulfaminodiphenylamine is added. The clutch is finished after a short time.

   The dye is deposited in the usual way. It dyes cotton from neutral or soda-alkaline baths in green-black tones with good waterfastness. Its property of evenly dyeing mixed fabrics made of different fibers is remarkable.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trisazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol tetrazotiertes 4,4'-Diaminodiphenyl in saurem Medium mit 1 Mol 1-Amino-8-ogy- naphthalin-3,6-disulfonsäure kuppelt, PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of a trisazo dye, characterized in that 1 mol of tetrazotized 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl is coupled in an acidic medium with 1 mol of 1-amino-8-ogynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid auf den gebildeten Monoazofarbstoff 1 Mol diazotier- tes Anilin sodaalkalisch einwirken lässt und schliesslich mit 1 Mol 3-Benzolsulfamino- diphenylamin kuppelt.
