Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azo-          farbstoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  man     4-Chlor-2-aminophenol-6-sulfonsäure          diazotiert    und mit     1-OxynaphthaIin-3-sulfon-          sä,ure-äthylphenylamid-8-sulfonsäure    kuppelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff, ein dunkles     bronzie-          rendes    Pulver, löst sich in Wasser     rotstichig     blau, in     konz.    Schwefelsäure blaustichig rot  und färbt Wolle     nachchromiert    in marine  blauen Tönen.  



       Beispiel:     22,4 Teile     4-Chlor-2-aminophenol-6-sul-          fonsäure    werden nach bekannter Methode     di-          azotiert;    die     Diazoniumlösung    wird mit einer       wässrigen    Lösung von 40,7 Teilen     1-Oxy-          naphthalin-3-sulf        onsäure-äthylpheny        lamid-8-          sulfonsäure,    die 4 Teile Natronlauge 100 %     ig,     überschüssiges Ammoniak und 100 Teile         Pyridin    enthält, gekuppelt.

   Nach beendeter       Kombination        wird    der Farbstoff durch Salz  säurezusatz gefällt, filtriert und getrocknet.  Er stellt ein dunkles bronzierendes Pulver  dar, das sich in Wasser     rotstichig    blau, in       konz.    Schwefelsäure     blaustichig    rot löst und  Wolle     nachchromiert    in marineblauen Tönen  färbt.

   When the combination is complete, the dye is precipitated by adding hydrochloric acid, filtered and dried. It is a dark bronzing powder that turns reddish blue in water, and in conc. Sulfuric acid dissolves a bluish red tint and colors wool after chrome-plated in navy blue tones.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azo- fa.rbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Clilor-:2-aminophenol-6-sulfonsäure diazotiert und mit 1-Oxynaphthalin-3-sulfon- säure-ä-thylphenylamid-8-sulf onsäure kuppelt.
