Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Disazofarbstoifes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Disazofarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet,     dass    man die       Diazoverbindung    von     1-Amino-4-(4'-methyl-          phenoxy)-benzol-5-sulfonsäure    mit     1-Amino-          naphthalin    vereinigt,

   den erhaltenen     Mono-          azofarbstoff        weiterdiazotiert    und die     Diazo-          verbindung    mit     6-Benzoylamino-2-oxynaph-          thalin-4-sulfonsäure    vereinigt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein dunkles  wasserlösliches Pulver, das sich in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit dunkelgrüner  Farbe löst, und färbt Wolle     in    vollen schwar  zen Tönen von guter     Walk-,    Schweiss-, De  katur- und Lichtechtheit.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Die aus 25,5 Teilen     1-Amino-4-(4'-methyl-          phenoxy)-benzol.-5-sulfonsäure    hergestellte       Diazoverbindung    wird mit 14,3 Teilen     1-          Amino-naphthalin    vereinigt. Der erhaltene       Monoazofarbstoff    wird     weiterdiazotiert    und  die so erhaltene     Diazoverbindung    in Gegen-    wart von überschüssigem     Natriumcarbonat     mit einer Lösung von 35 Teilen     2-Benzoyl-          aminoi-    6 -     ogynaphthalin-8-sulfonsäure    ver  einigt.

   Der Farbstoff wird abgeschieden und  getrocknet.

  The dye thus obtained is a dark water-soluble powder which dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a dark green color, and dyes wool in full black shades of good fullness, sweat, de katur- and lightfastness.



  <I> Example: </I> The diazo compound prepared from 25.5 parts of 1-amino-4- (4'-methylphenoxy) benzene-5-sulfonic acid is combined with 14.3 parts of 1-amino-naphthalene . The monoazo dye obtained is further diazotized and the diazo compound thus obtained is combined with a solution of 35 parts of 2-benzoylaminoi- 6-ogynaphthalene-8-sulfonic acid in the presence of excess sodium carbonate.

   The dye is deposited and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Disazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-4-(4'- methylphenoxy)-benzol-5-sulfonsäure mit 1- Aminonaphthalin vereinigt, PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a disazo dye, characterized in that the diazo compound of 1-amino-4- (4'-methylphenoxy) -benzene-5-sulfonic acid is combined with 1-aminonaphthalene, den erhaltenen Monoazofarbstoff weiterdiazotiert und die Diazoverbindung mit 6-Benzoylamino-2-oxy- naphthalin-4-sulfonsäure vereinigt.
