Description

  

      Ter        fahr    en zur Herstellung eines     Disazofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Disazofarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die       Diazoverbindung    von     1-Amino-2-(2'-methyl-          phenoxy)-benzol-4-sulfonsäure    mit     1-Amino-          naphthalin    vereinigt,

   den erhaltenen     Mono-          azofarbstoff        weiterdiazotiert    und die     Diazo-          verbindung    mit     6-(ss-Chlorpropionylamino)-2-          oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    vereinigt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein dunkles  wasserlösliches Pulver, das sich in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit dunkelvioletter  Farbe löst, und färbt Wolle in blumigen  blauschwarzen Tönen von sehr guter Walk-,  Schweiss-,     Dekatur-    und Lichtechtheit.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    Die aus 25,5 Teilen     1-Amino-2-(2'-me-          thylphenoxy)    - Benzol - 4 -     sulfonsäure    herge  stellte     Diazoverbindung    wird mit 14,3 Teilen       1-Aminonaphthalin    vereinigt.

   Der erhaltene       Monoazofarbstoff    wird     weiterdiazotiert    und  die so erhaltene     Diazoverbindung    in Gegen  wart von     überschüssigem        Natriumcarbonat       mit einer Lösung von 33 Teilen     6-(ss-Chlor-          propionylamino)    - 2 -     oxynaphthalin-    4-     sulf        on-          säure    vereinigt. Der Farbstoff wird abge  schieden und getrocknet.

   The monoazo dye obtained is further diazotized and the diazo compound thus obtained is combined in the presence of excess sodium carbonate with a solution of 33 parts of 6- (ss-chloropropionylamino) -2-oxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid. The dye is deposited and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Disazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-2-(2'-me- thylphenoxy) - Benzol - 4 - sulfonsäure mit 1- Aminonaphthalin vereinigt, den erhaltenen Monoazofarbstoff weiterdiazotiert und die Diazoverbindung mit 6 - (ss - Chlorpropionyl- amino)-2-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure ver einigt.
