  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein       Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     Azofarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die       Diazoverbindung    von 4,6     -Dichlor-    2 -     amino-          i        phenol    mit     1-Carbäthoxyamino-7-oxynaphtha-          lin-4-sulfonsäure    vereinigt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist getrocknet  ein dunkles Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit     violettroter,    in Wasser und       Natriumcarbonatlösung    mit violetter Farbe  löst, und färbt Wolle in violetten Tönen, die  beim     Chromieren    in ein Blaugrau von sehr  guter Walk-,     Potting-,        Dekatur-,        Carbonisier-          und    Lichtechtheit, sowie guter     Abendfarbe     übergehen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       1ss    Teile     4,6-Dichlor-2-aminophenol    werden  in der üblichen Weise     diazotiert,    die     Diazo-          verbindung    wird     ausgesalzen    und abgeschie  den. Die so erhaltene Paste trägt man     in    eine  mit überschüssigem     Natriumcarbonat    ver  setzte Lösung von 32 Teilen 1-Carbäthoxy-         amino-7-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    ein und       rührt,    bis die Kupplung beendet ist. Der Farb  stoff wird abgeschieden und getrocknet.
