Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       diazotiertes        4,6-Dichlor-2-amino-l-oxybenzol     in alkalischem Medium mit     1-Phenylamino-          7-.oxynaphthalin-3-sulfonsäure    vereinigt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein grün  lich schwarzes Pulver, das sich in Natrium  carbonatlösung mit blauer, in verdünnten  Mineralsäuren mit olivgrüner und in     kon-          zentrierter    Schwefelsäure mit     violetter    Farbe  löst, und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in  grüngrauen Tönen, die beim     Nachchromieren     in ein     Olivgrau    von ausgezeichneten Echt  heitseigenschaften, insbesondere gegen Walke,       Dekatur,        Potting    und Licht, und von guter  Abendfarbe, übergehen.  



       Beispiel:     17,8 Teile     4,6-Diehlor-2-amino-l-oxyben-          zol    werden in der üblichen Weise     diazotiert.     Die erhaltene     Diazoverbindung    trägt man in  eine mit überschüssigem     Natriumcarbonat     versetzte Lösung von 31,5 Teilen 1-Phenyl-         amino-7-oxynaphthalin-3-sulfonsäure    ein und  rührt,     'bis    die     Kuppelung    beendet     ist.    Dann       wird.    der Farbstoff abgeschieden und ge  trocknet.
