Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-2-osy-5-nitro- benzol in alkalischemMedium mit 1-Benzyl- amino - 7 - ogynaphthalin - 4 - sulf onsäure ver einigt.
Der Farbstoff ist getrocknet ein dunkel violettes Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit roter, in Wasser oder Na- triumcarbonatlösung mit olivgrüner Farbe löst, und Wolle in blaustichig grünen Tönen färbt, die beim Nachchromieren in ein Oliv grün von ausgezeichneter Walk- und Potting- echtheit und sehr guter Lichtechtheit über gehen. Die Färbung besitzt eine sehr gute Abendfarbe.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Eine aus 15,4 Teilen 1-Amino-2-ogy-5- nitrobenzol hergestellte Diazosuspension wird mit einer Lösung von 32,9 Teilen 1-Benzyl- amino-7-ogynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure (erhal ten durch Umsetzung von 1,7-Diogynaph- thalin-4-sulfonsäure mit Benzylamin in Ge- ,o"enwart von Natriumbisulfit), die überschüs- siges Natriumcarbonat enthält,
vereinigt. Nach Beendigung der Kuppelung wird der gebildete Farbstoff abgeschieden und ge trocknet.
