  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstof%s.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       diazotiertes        4-Methyl-6-nitro-2-amino-l-oxy-          benzol    in alkalischem Medium mit     1-Phenyl-          amino-    7     ,>oxynaphthalin-    3     -sulfonsäure    ver  einigt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein dunkles  Pulver, das sich in     Natriumcarbonatlösung     mit blauer, in verdünnten Mineralsäuren mit  olivgrüner und in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure mit violetter Farbe löst, und färbt       Wolle    in     blaugrünen    Tönen, die beim     Nach-          chromieren    in ein Grüngrau von hervorragen  den Echtheitseigenschaften, insbesondere ge  gen Licht, Walke und     Potting,    übergehen.

           Beispiel:       16,8 Teile     4-Methyl-6-nitro-2-amino-l-oxy-          benzol        werden        diazotiert.    Die erhaltene     Diazo-          suspension    trägt man in     eine    mit überschüssi  gem     Natriumcarbonat    versetzte Lösung von  <B>31,5</B> Teilen 1-Phenylamino-7-oxynaphthalin-         3-sulfonsäure    ein.     Nach    beendeter     Kuppelung     wird der     gebildete    Farbstoff abgeschieden  und getrocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man idiazotiertes 4-Methyl-6-nitro-2-@amino-l-oxy- benzol in alkalischem Medium mit 1-Phenyl- amino- 7 -oxynaphthalin- 3 -sulfonsäure ver einigt.
