Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-4-N-cyklo- hexyl-caprinylaminobenzol mit 1-(2', chlorbenzoylamino)-8-oxynaphthalin-4.6-di- sulfonsäure vereinigt.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein wasser lösliches rotes Pulver und färbt Wolle aus neutralem oder saurem Bade in leuchtenden roten Tönen. Die Färbungen besitzen sehr gute Echtheitseigenschaften.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 34,4 Teile 1-Amino -4 - N-Cyklohegyl- caprinylaminobenzol werden diazotiert. Die erhaltene Diazoverbindung vereinigt man mit einer sodaalkalischen Lösung von 50 Teilen 1- (2', 5'-Dichlorbenzoylamino)-8-ogynaphtba- lin-4.6-disulfonsäure. Der gebildete Farbstoff wird abgeschieden und getrocknet.
Process for the preparation of an azo dye. The present patent relates to a process for the production of an azo dye, characterized in that the diazo compound of 1-amino-4-N-cyclohexyl-caprinylaminobenzene with 1- (2 ', chlorobenzoylamino) -8-oxynaphthalene-4,6 disulfonic acid combined.
The dye obtained in this way is a water-soluble red powder and dyes wool from neutral or acid baths in bright red shades. The dyeings have very good fastness properties.
<I> Example: </I> 34.4 parts of 1-amino -4 - N-cyclohegyl-caprinylaminobenzene are diazotized. The diazo compound obtained is combined with a soda-alkaline solution of 50 parts of 1- (2 ', 5'-dichlorobenzoylamino) -8-ogynaphtba- lin-4,6-disulfonic acid. The dye formed is deposited and dried.
