Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 218077.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Bisazofarbstoifes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Disazofarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die       Diazoverbindung    von     1-Amino-2-(2'-methyl-          phenoxy)-benzol-4-sulfonsäure    mit     1-Amino-          naphthalin    vereinigt,

   den erhaltenen     Mono-          azofarbstoff        weiterdiazotiert    und die     Diazo-          verbindung    mit     6-(Chloracetylamino)-2-oxy-          naphthalin-4-sulfonsäure        vereinigt.     



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein dunkles  wasserlösliches Pulver, das sich in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit dunkelvioletter  Farbe löst, und färbt Wolle in blumigen  blauschwarzen Tönen von sehr guter Walk-,  Schweiss-,     Dekatur-    und Lichtechtheit.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Die aus 25,5 Teilen 1 -     Amino    - 2 -     (2'-          methylphenoxy)-benzol-4-sulfonsäizre    herge  stellte     Diazoverbindung    wird mit 14,3 Teilen       1-Aminonaphthalin    vereinigt. Der erhaltene       Monoazofarbstoff    wird     weiterdiazotiert    und  die so erhaltene     Diazoverbindung    in Gegen  wart von überschüssigem     Natriumcarbonat       mit einer     Lösung    von<B>32</B> Teilen     6-(Chlor-          acetylamino)    - 2     -oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure     vereinigt.

   Der Farbstoff wird abgeschieden       und        getrocknet.

  The dye thus obtained is a dark, water-soluble powder which dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a dark purple color, and dyes wool in flowery blue-black tones of very good milled, sweat, decatur and lightfastness.



  <I> Example: </I> The diazo compound produced from 25.5 parts of 1 - amino - 2 - (2'-methylphenoxy) benzene-4-sulfonic acid is combined with 14.3 parts of 1-aminonaphthalene. The monoazo dye obtained is further diazotized and the diazo compound thus obtained is combined with a solution of 32 parts 6- (chloroacetylamino) -2-oxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid in the presence of excess sodium carbonate.

   The dye is deposited and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Disazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-2-(2'-me- thylphenoxy)-benzol-4-sulfonsäure mit 1- Aminonaphthalin vereinigt, den erhaltenen Monoazofarbstoff weiterdiazotiert und die Diazoverbindung mit 6-(Chloracetylamino) Claim: A process for the preparation of a disazo dye, characterized in that the diazo compound of 1-amino-2- (2'-methylphenoxy) -benzene-4-sulfonic acid is combined with 1-aminonaphthalene, the monoazo dye obtained is further diazotized and the Diazo compound with 6- (chloroacetylamino) -2- oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure vereinigt.
