Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Jlonoazofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur     Herstellung        eines        Monoazo-          farbstoffes,dadurch    gekennzeichnet, dass man  die     Diazuverbindung    der     4-Chlor-2-amino-          benzoesäure    mit     1-Acetylamino-8-naphthol-          6-sulfosäure    kuppelt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein rotes,  wasserlösliches     Pulver    und färbt Wolle     und     Seide in     .egalen,    leuchtenden roten Tönen von  sehr     guter        Lichtechtheit.       <I>Beispiel:

  </I>    17,2 kg     4-Chlor-2-aminobenzoesäure    wer  den     in    der üblichen     Weise,diazotiert.    Die er  haltene     Dzazolösung    lässt man     unter    Kühlung  in     eine    überschüssiges     Natriumaeetat    enthal  tende     Lösung    von 28,5 kg     1-Acetylamino-8-          naphthol-6-sulfosäure        einlaufen.    Der Farb-         steif    scheidet sich zum Teil in     metallisch     glänzenden     KristäUchen    aus.

   Die     Abschei-          dung        wird    durch     Zugabe    von Salz vervoll  ständigt.
