Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Monoazofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu neuen  wertvollen     Monoazofarbstoffen    gelangt, wenn  man     Diazoverbindungen    der     o-Aminobenzoe-          säure    oder ihrer Derivate oder     Substitutions-          produkte    mit     1-Acylamino-8-naphthol-6-sulfo-          säuren    kuppelt.  



  Die so erhaltenen Farbstoffe besitzen  neben grosser Klarheit der Nuance und sehr  gutem     Egalisierungsvermögen    sehr gute Licht  echtheit und färben Wolle und Seide in  scharlachroten bis blaustichig roten Tönen.  



  Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich nun auf  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Mono-          azofarbstoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  man die     Diazoverbindung    der     2-Aminobenzoe-          säure    mit der     1-Acetylamino-8-riaphthol-6-          srrlfosäure    kuppelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff bildet nach dem  Trocknen ein rotes wasserlösliches Pulver  und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in sehr  egalen leuchtend roten Tönen von sehr guter  Lichtechtheit.         Beispiel:     13,7 kg     2-Aminobenzoesäure    werden in       d'er    üblichen Weise     diazotiert.    Die erhaltene       Diazolösung    lässt man unter Kühlung in eine  überschüssiges     Natriumbicarbonat    enthaltende  Lösung von 28,5 kg     1-Acetylamino-8-naph-          thol-6-sulfosäure    einlaufen. Der     Farbstoff     scheidet sich zum Teil in metallisch glän  zenden     Kriställchen    aus.

   Die     Abscheidung     wird durch Zugabe von Salz vervollständigt.

  The dyes obtained in this way have, in addition to great clarity of shade and very good leveling power, very good light fastness and dye wool and silk in shades of scarlet to bluish red.



  The present patent now relates to a process for the production of a monoazo dye, characterized in that the diazo compound of 2-aminobenzoic acid is coupled with 1-acetylamino-8-riaphthol-6-sulfoic acid.



  After drying, the new dye forms a red, water-soluble powder and dyes wool from an acid bath in very even, bright red shades of very good lightfastness. Example: 13.7 kg of 2-aminobenzoic acid are diazotized in the usual way. The diazo solution obtained is allowed to run into a solution of 28.5 kg of 1-acetylamino-8-naphthol-6-sulfonic acid containing excess sodium bicarbonate, with cooling. The dye is partly deposited in metallic, shiny crystals.

   The separation is completed by adding salt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: _ Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mono azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung der 2-Aminobenzoe- säure mit der 1-Aoetylanaino-8-naphtbol-6- sulfosäure kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet nach dem Trocknen ein rotes wasserlösliches Pulver und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in sehr egalen leuchtend roten Tönen von sehr guter Lichtechtheit.
