Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes,    da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol.        tetra-          zotiertes        o-Tolidin    alkalisch mit 1     Mol.        Sali-          cylsäure    und anschliessend die     Diazoazoverbin-          dung    sauer mit 1     Mol.        1-Amino-2-methogy-          

  naphthalin-6-sulfonsäure    kuppelt, den erhal  tenen     Aminodisazofarbstoff        weiterdiazotiert,     mit 1     Mol.        2-Acetylamino-6-ogynaphthalin-          8-sulfonsäure    vereinigt und den     Trisazofarb-          stoff    mit kupferabgebenden     Verbindungen     behandelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  21,2 Teile     o-Tolidin    werden wie üblich  in salzsaurer Lösung mit 14,0 Teilen Na  triumnitrit     tetrazotiert    und zuerst     sodaalka-          lisch    mit 14,5 Teilen     Salicylsäure    und hier  auf die     Diazoazoverbindung    essigsauer mit  25,8 Teilen     1-Amino-2-naphtolmethyläther-          6-sulfonsäure    kuppelt.

   Der erhaltene     Disazo-          farbstoff    wird mit 20 Teilen Soda alkalisch  gestellt, isoliert, in 2000 Teilen Wasser ge  löst, mit 7,2 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    versetzt    und durch Zustürzen von 70 Teilen     konzen-          trierter,Salzsäure    bei<B>10'</B>     diazotiert.    Den ab  geschiedenen     Diazokörper    trägt man in eine  Lösung von 28,1 Teilen     2-Acetylamino-6-          ogynaphthalin    - 8 -     sulfonsäure,

      40 Teilen       25%igem        Ammoniak    und 150 Teilen     Pyri-          din.    in 200 Teilen Wasser     ein.    Der fertig ge  bildete Farbstoff wird mit 5 % Kochsalz       ausgesalzen,    filtriert und mit 2,5     %iger    Sole  gewaschen.  



  Zur     Kupferung    in Substanz löst man den  erhaltenen     Trisazofarbstoff    in 1600 Teilen  Wasser von<B>95',</B> gibt eine Lösung von 25  Teilen kristallisiertem     Kupfersulfat    zu und  kocht während vier     Stunden.    Der Farbstoff  wird     abfiltriert        und    in das     Natriumsalz     übergeführt. Er stellt ein dunkles Pulver  dar, das sich in Wasser olive, in Schwefel  säure mit     blauvioletter    Farbe löst. Er färbt  Baumwolle aus dem neutralen Glaubersalz  bad in oliven Tönen von hervorragender  Lichtechtheit.  



  Ebensogut kann der Farbstoff im neutra  len     Glaubersalzbad    auf Baumwolle gefärbt      und     wie    üblich mit Kupfersulfat nachbehan  delt werden.

  For copper plating in bulk, the trisazo dye obtained is dissolved in 1600 parts of water at 95 ', a solution of 25 parts of crystallized copper sulfate is added and the mixture is boiled for four hours. The dye is filtered off and converted into the sodium salt. It is a dark powder that dissolves in water olive, in sulfuric acid with a blue-violet color.   The dye can just as well be dyed on cotton in the neutral Glauber's salt bath and treated with copper sulfate as usual.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trisazo- s farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol. tetrazotiertes o-Tolidin alkalisch mit 1 Mol. Salicylsäure und anschliessend die Diazoazoverbinduna sauer mit 1 Mol.1- Amino- 2-methoxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure kuppelt, io den erhaltenen Aminodisazofarbstoff weiter- diazotiert, Claim: Process for the preparation of a trisazo dye, characterized in that 1 mol.
