Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 213429.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung  eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes,    da  durch     gekennzeichnet,    dass     3'-Aminobenzoyl-          1,3-diaminobenzo,1        tetrazotiert,    halbseitig mit       Salicylsäure    .gekuppelt, die erhaltene     Diazo-          azoverbindun,

  g        mit        1-Amino-2-äthoxynaph-          thalin-6-sulfonsäure    sauer vereinigt, der Dis  azofarbstoff     weiter        diazotiert,    die     Diazo-          disazoverbindung    mit     2-Carbäthoxyamino-6-          oxynaphthalin-8-sulfonsäure    gekuppelt und  der gebildete Farbstoff durch     Umsetzung     mit kupferabgebenden     Verbindungen    in die       Kupferkomplexverbindung    übergeführt wird.  



  Der Farbstoff, ein dunkles Pulver, das  sich in Wasser mit grüner Farbe und in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit     gelboliver     Farbe löst, färbt Baumwolle aus dem     Glau-          bersalzbad    in gelbgrünen Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  22,7 Teile     3'-Aminobenzoyl-1,3-diamino-          benzol    werden wie bekannt     tetrazotiert    und  halbseitig mit 14 Teilen     Salicylsäure    in    Gegenwart von Magnesia bei 0  gekuppelt.  Nun wird mit Salzsäure     lackmussauer        ge-          stellt    und mit 26,7 Teilen     1-Amino-2-äthoxy-          naphthalin-6-sulfonsäure    essigsauer weiter  gekuppelt.

   Der     Disazofarbstoff    wird sauer  isoliert, in 1500 Teilen Wasser und Natron  lauge gelöst, mit 7,5 Teilen     Natriumnitrit     versetzt und durch Einstürzen von $0 Teilen  konzentrierter Salzsäure bei 5      diazotiert.     Die     abfiltrierte        Diazoniumverbindung    wird  in Eiswasser suspendiert und darauf mit  31,1 Teilen     2-Carbäthoxyamino-6-oxynaph-          thalin-8-sulfonsäure,    gelöst in 200 Teilen  Wasser mit 200 Teilen     Pyridin    und 20 Tei  len Soda, bei 0  gekuppelt.

   Der fertig     gebil-          dete    Farbstoff wird     ausgesalzen,    filtriert  und im Vakuum getrocknet.

   The finished dye is salted out, filtered and dried in vacuo.
