Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten  tes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines  kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes,    dadurch ge  kennzeichnet, dass     4'-Aminobenzoyl-1,4-di-          aminobenzol        tetrazotiert,    halbseitig mit     Sali-          cylaäure    gekuppelt, die erhaltene     Diazoazo-          verbindung    mit     1-Amino-2-methoxynaphtha-          lin-6-sulfonsäure    sauer vereinigt,

   der     Disazo-          farbstoff    weiter     diazotiert,    die     Diazodisazo-          verbindung    mit     2-Acetylamino-6-oxynaphtha-          lin-8-sulfonsäure    gekuppelt und der gebildete       Farbstoff    durch Umsetzung mit kupferab  gebenden Verbindungen in die     Kupferkom-          plexverbindung    übergeführt wird.  



  Der Farbstoff, ein dunkles Pulver, das  sich in Wasser mit grüner Farbe löst, färbt       Baumwolle    aus dem     Glaubersalzbad    in grü  nen Tönen.  



       Beispiel:   <I>.</I>  22,7     Teile        4'-Aminobenzoyl-1,4-diamino-          benzol    werden wie bekannt     tetrazotiert    und  halbseitig mit 14 Teilen     Salicylsäure    in Ge  genwart von     Magnesia    bei 0<B>0</B> gekuppelt.     Nun       wird     mit        Salzsäure        lackmussauer    gestellt und  mit     2"0,3    Teilen     1-Amino-2-methoxynaphtha-          lin-6-sulfonsäure    essigsauer weiter gekuppelt.

    Der     Disazofarbstoff    wird sauer isoliert, in  1500 Teilen Wasser und Natronlauge gelöst,  mit 7,5     Teilen        Natriumnitrit    versetzt und  durch     Einstürzen    von 80 Teilen konzentrier  ter Salzsäure bei 5       diazotiert.    Die     abfil-          trierte        Diazoniumverbindung    wird in Eis  wasser suspendiert und darauf mit 28,1 Tei  len     2-Acetylamino-6-oxynaphtlialin-8-sulfon-          säure,    gelöst in 200 Teilen Wasser mit 200  Teilen     Pyridin    und 20 Teilen Soda, bei 0   ge  kuppelt.

   Der fertig gebildete     Farbstoff    wird aus  gesalzen,     filtriert        und    im Vakuum getrocknet.

    The disazo dye is isolated under acidic conditions, dissolved in 1500 parts of water and sodium hydroxide solution, treated with 7.5 parts of sodium nitrite and diazotized at 5 by collapsing 80 parts of concentrated hydrochloric acid. The filtered-off diazonium compound is suspended in ice water and then coupled at 0 with 28.1 parts of 2-acetylamino-6-oxynaphthalene-8-sulfonic acid, dissolved in 200 parts of water with 200 parts of pyridine and 20 parts of soda .

   The finished dye is salted out, filtered and dried in vacuo.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines kupfer haltigen Trisazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass 4'-Aminobenzoyl-1,4-diamino- benzol tetrazotiert,- halbseitig mit Salicyl- säure gekuppelt, die erhaltene Diazoazover- bindung mit 1-Amino-2-methoxynaphthalin- 6-sulfonsäure sauer vereinigt, der Disazofarb- stoff weiter diazotiert, PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of a copper-containing trisazo dye, characterized in that 4'-aminobenzoyl-1,4-diamino-benzene tetrazotizes, - coupled with salicylic acid on one side, the diazoazo compound obtained with 1-amino-2-methoxynaphthalene - 6-sulfonic acid combined acidic, the disazo dye is further diazotized, die Diazodisazoverbin- dung mit 2-Acetylamino-6-oxynaphtlialin-8- sulfonsäure gekuppelt und der gebildete Farb stoff durch Umsetzung mit kupferabgebenden Verbindungen in die Kupferkomplehverbin- dung übergeführt wird.
