Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Honoazofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines 3knoazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-Amino-l-phenoldodecyläther dia- zotiert und mit 1-Acetylamino-8-oxynaphtha- lin-3,6-disulfonsäure kuppelt. Der so erhal tene Farbstoff färbt Wolle und Seide aus saurem und neutralem Bade in leuchtend blauroten Tönen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 31,4 Teile 2-Amirio-l-phenoldodecyläther- chlorhydrat werden mit 40 Teilen konzen trierter Salzsäure während einer Stunde ver rührt, mit 50 Teilen Eiswasser versetzt und bei 5 mit einer konzentrierten wässrigen Lösung von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit diazotiert. Die Diazoniumverbindung lässt man zu einer ammoniakalischen Lösung von 36,1 Teilen 1-Acetylamino- 8-oxynaphthalin - 3,6-disulfön- säure fliessen.
Die Kupplung ist in kurzer Zeit beendet. -Der Farbstoff wird abfiltriert, gepresst und getrocknet. Er bildet ein dunkel rotes Pulver, das sich in Wasser blaurot, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure blauviolett löst.

The coupling is completed in a short time. -The dye is filtered off, pressed and dried. It forms a dark red powder that dissolves blue-red in water and blue-violet in concentrated sulfuric acid.
