Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Honoazofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 4-Amino-l-phenoloctyläther diazotiert und mit 1-Oxynaphthalin-3,6-disul- fonsäure kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in leuchtend gelbstichig roten Tönen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 31,5 Teile 2-Amino-1-phenoloctyläther- chlorhydrat werden mit 40 Teilen konzen trierter Salzsäure während einer Stunde ver rührt, mit 50 Teilen Eiswasser versetzt und bei 5 mit einer konzentrierten wässrigen Lösung von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit diazotiert. Die Diazoniumverbindung lässt man zu einer ammoniakalischen Lösung von 30,4 Teilen 1-Oxynaphthalin-3,6-disulfonsäure fliessen. Die Kupplung ist in kurzer Zeit beendet. Der Farbstoff wird abfiltriert, gepresst und ge trocknet.
Er bildet ein braunrotes Pulver, das sich in Wasser rot,. in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure violett löst.
