Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man     4-          Chlor-5-nitro-2-aminophenol        diazotiert    und  mit der aus dem     Monosulfierungsgemisch    der       2,3-Ogynaphtoesäure,    nach Abtrennung der       2-Ogynaphthalin-8-sulfo-3-carbonsäure,    durch       Amidierung    erhaltenen     2-Aminonaphthalin-          sulfo-3-carbonsäure    kuppelt.

   Der so erhaltene  Farbstoff färbt Wolle sauer nach dem     Nach-          chromierungsverfahren    gelblich     olive.    Die  Färbungen sind sehr gut walk- und     potting-          echt,    sehr egal und von ausgezeichneter  Lichtechtheit.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Die nach üblicher Methode dargestellte       Diazoverbindung    aus<B>18,85</B> Teilen     4-Chlor-5-          nitro-2-aminophenol    wird mit     Natriumacetat     kongoneutral gestellt und in eine deutlich  essigsauer gestellte     Lösung    von 26,7 Teilen       2-Aminonaphthalinsulfo-3-carbonsäure,    die  nach obigen Angaben dargestellt, eingetragen.

      Man hält die     Kupplungstemperatur        bis    zur  Beendigung der     Farbstoffbildung    bei unge  fähr 20   C und rührt 2 bis 3 Tage, dann  wird filtriert und nach üblichem Verfahren  das     Natriumsalz    hergestellt,     ausgesalzen    und       abfiltriert.    Der     Farbstoff,    ein     dunkles    Pul  ver, ist in Wasser rot und in     konz.    Schwefel  säure violett löslich.

Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle sauer nach dem Nachchromie- rungsverfahren gelblich olive.
