Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Monoazofarbstoifes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten  tes ist ein     Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines       Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass     diazotierte        2-Aminobenzol-          1-sulfonsäure-anilid-3'-sulfonsäure    in saurem  Medium mit     2-Amino-8-oxynaphthaliri-6-sul.-          fonsäure    gekuppelt     wird.     



  Der neue Farbstoff, ein     violettrotes    Pulver,  welches sich in Wasser mit     gelbstichig    roter,  in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit violetter  Farbe löst, liefert auf Wolle aus saurem Bade  gleichmässige rote Färbungen, die sich durch  sehr gute     Lichtechtheiten    auszeichnen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  32,8 Teile     2-Aminobenzol-l-sulfonsäure-          anilid-3'-sulfonsäure    werden nach bekannten  Methoden indirekt dianotiert. Die     Diazonium-          verbindung    gibt man zu einer kongosauren  Suspension von 24 Teilen     2-Amino-8-oxy-          naphthalin-6-sulfonsäure    und stumpft darauf  die Mineralsäure in     üblicher    Weise bis zur  schwach kongosauren Reaktion ab. Die Kupp-         lung    ist in kurzer Zeit beendet.

   Man erhält  einen     Farbstoff,    der nach dem Filtrieren und  Trocknen ein violettes     Pulver    bildet, das sich  in Wasser mit     gelbstichig    roter, in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe löst  und auf Wolle aus saurem Bade gleichmässige  rote Färbungen     liefert,    die sich durch sehr  gute Lichtechtheit auszeichnen.
