Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man     diazotiertes          2-Aminodiphenyl    mit     1-Acetylamino-8-oxy-          naplithalin-3;6-disulfonsäure    vereinigt.  



  Der getrocknete neue Farbstoff bildet  ein rotes Pulver, das sich in     konzentrierter     Schwefelsäure zunächst mit     rotvioletter    Farbe  löst, die nach     kurzer    Zeit in grün umschlägt  und Wolle aus saurem Bade in sehr reinen       blaustichig-roten    Tönen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  16,9 Teile     2-Aminodiphenyl    werden mit  Salzsäure und 6,9 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    di  anotiert. Die     erhaltene        Diazolösung    lässt man  unter     Ktihlung    in eine überschüssiges     Na-          triumcarbonat    enthaltende Lösung von 36,1  Teilen     1-Acetylamino-8-oxynaphthalin-3@,6-          disulfo@nssäure    unter Rühren einlaufen.

   Die         Kupplung        erfolgt        rasch.    Nach Beendigung der       Kupplung    wird der zum Teil ausgeschiedene  Farbstoff durch Zusatz von     Natriumchlorid     vollständig abgeschieden und filtriert.

  <I> Example: </I> 16.9 parts of 2-aminodiphenyl are anotized with hydrochloric acid and 6.9 parts of sodium nitrite. The diazo solution obtained is allowed to run, while cooling, into a solution of 36.1 parts of 1-acetylamino-8-oxynaphthalene-3, 6-disulfonic acid containing excess sodium carbonate with stirring.

   The coupling is quick. After the coupling has ended, the dye which has partly separated out is completely separated off by adding sodium chloride and filtered.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass i man diazotiertes 2-Aminodiphenyl mit 1 Acetylamino - 8 - oxyns phthalin - 3,6 - disulfon - säure vereinigt. Der getrocknete neue Farbstoff bildet ein rotes Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter ; Schwefelsäure zunächst mit rotvioletter Farbe löst, die nach kurzer Zeit in grün umschlägt und Wolle aus saurem Bade in sehr reinen blaustichig-roten Tönen färbt.
