Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren     Wollazofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren     Woll-          azofarbstoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet,     dass     man die     Diazoverbindung    von     l(N-Benzoyl-          cyclohexylamino)   <B>-</B> 4<B>-</B>     aminobenzol    mit 2<B>-</B> (o     -          Methoxyphenylainino)-8        -naphthol-        6-sulfosäure     kuppelt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein dunkles,  in Wasser leicht lösliches Pulver und färbt  Wolle aus saurem Bade in klaren dunkelrot  braunen Tönen von hervorragenden Echtheits  eigenschaften an.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zu einer Lösung von 29,4<B>kg</B>     1(N-Ben-          zoyl-cyclohexylamino)-4-aminobenzol    in etwa  <B>100</B> Liter Wasser und     35   <B>kg</B> Salzsäure vom  spezifischen Gewicht<B>1,16</B> gibt man unter  Eiskühlung eine konzentrierte wässerige Lö  sung von<B>6,9 kg</B>     Natriumnitrit.    Die     Diazo-          tierung    ist nach kurzer Zeit beendet.

   Zu der       Diazolösung        lässt    man eine neutrale Lösung    von<B>37 kg</B> 2<B>-</B> (o<B>-</B>     mothoxypheiiyiamino)   <B>- 8</B>     -          naphthol-6-sulfosaureni    Natrium laufen. Nach  beendeter Kupplung wird mit Acetat versetzt,  der ausgeschiedene Farbstoff wird     abfiltriert     und getrocknet.

<B>PATENTANSPRUCH:</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1(N-Ben- zoyl-cyclohexylamino)-4-aminobenzol mit 2 (o-Methoxyphenylamilio)-8-naphthol-6-sulfo- säure kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein dunkles, in Wasser leicht lösliches Pulver und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in klaren dunkel rotbraunen Tönen von hervorragenden Echt- beitseigenschaften an. <B> PATENT CLAIM: </B> Process for the production of an acidic wool azo dye, characterized in that the diazo compound of 1 (N-benzoyl-cyclohexylamino) -4-aminobenzene is mixed with 2 (o-methoxyphenylamilio) -8-naphthol- 6-sulfonic acid couples.
