Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung        eines    sauren     Wollazofarbstofes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren     Woll-          azofarbstoffes,        dadurch        gekennzeichnet,    dass  man die Diazoverbindung von     1(N-Acetyl-          cyclohexylaniir)o)-4-aminobenzol    mit     1-(Ben-          zoylami)no)-8-riaphthol-4.6-disulfosäui,e    kup  pelt.

     Der so erhaltene     Farbstoff    bildet ein  rotes, in .Wasser leicht lösliches Pulver und  färbt die tierische Faser in sehr klaren roten  Tönen von hervorragender Wasch- und     Walk-          echtheit    und sehr guter Lichtechtheit.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zu einer Lösung von 23,2 kg     1(N-Acetyl-          cyclohexylarnino)-4-aminobenzol    in etwa 100  Liter Wasser und 35 kg Salzsäure vom spezi  fischen Gewicht 1.16 gibt man unter Eis  kühlung eine konzentrierte wässerige Lösung  von 6,9 kg     Natriumnitrit.    Die     Diazotierung     ist nach kurzer Zeit beendet. Die erhaltene         Diazolösung    lässt man in eine überschüssige  Soda enthaltende Lösung von 45 kg     1-(Ben-          zoylamirio)-8-naphthol-4.6-disulfosäure    ein  laufen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-(N-Ace- tyl - cyclohexylamino) - 4 - aminobenzol mit 1-(Benzoylamino)-8-naphthol - 4. 6-disulfosäure kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein rotes, in Wasser leicht lösliches Pulver und färbt die tierische Faser in sehr klaren roten Tönen von hervorragender Wasch- und Walkecht- heit und sehr guter Lichtechtheit.
