Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metallisierbaren        Monoazofarbstoffes.            Gegenstand    der vorliegenden     Erfindung     ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metal-          lisierbaren        Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches da  durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     diazotierte          2-Aminophenol-4-sulfanthranüsäure    mit     1-          (2',5'-Dichlorbenzoylamino)        -7-naphthol    kup  pelt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    30,8     Teile        2-Ämino-phenol-4-sulfanthranil-          säure    werden mit 6,9 Teilen     Natriumnitrit     und 22 Teilen Salzsäure     3011o        diazotiert.    Die  ausgeschiedene     Diazoverbindung    wird     abfil-          triert    und     in    eine eiskalte     Lösung    von 33,2  Teilen 1-     (2',5'-Dichlorbenzoylamino)-7-naph-          thol,    4 Teilen     Natriumhydroxyd,

      22     Teilen     Soda und 250 Teilen Wasser eingetragen.    Nach Zusatz von 30     Teilen        Pyridin    ist die  Kupplung nach etwa 4 Stunden fertig.  



  Der auf übliche     Weise        isolierte    neue     Mono-          azofarbstoff    färbt Wolle sowohl nach dem  neutralen     Einbadchröm-    wie nach dem     Nach-          chromierungsverfahren    in grauen Tönen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metalli- sierbaren Monoazofarbstoffes, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man diazotierte 2-Amino- ph:eno1-4-sulfanthranilsäure mit 1-(2',5'-Di- chlorbenzoylamino)-7-naphthol kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff färbt Wolle sowohl nach dem neutralen Einbadchrom- wie nach dem Nachchromierungsverfahren in grauen Tönen.
