Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metallisierbaren        Monoazofarbstoffes.            Gegenstand    der vorliegenden     Erfindung     ist ein     Verfahren        zur    Herstellung eines     me-          tallisierbaren        Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches da  durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     dia.zo-          tierte        2-Amino-phenol-4-sulfanthranilsäure     mit 1- (7 -     Oxynaphthalin)    -     carbamidsäure-          äthoxyäthylester    kuppelt.

    



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  30,8 Teile     2-Amino-phenol-4-sulfanthranil-          säure    werden     diazotiert    und mit 27,5 Teilen  1 -     (7-Oxynaphthalin)        -carbamidsäure-äthoxy-          äthylester,    gelöst in einer Mischung von 4 Tei  len     Natriumhydroxyd        und    250 Teilen Wasser,  in Gegenwart der berechneten Menge Soda ge  kuppelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff wird     ausgesalzen    und       abfiltriert.    Trocken ist er ein dunkelblaues  Pulver, welches sich in konzentrierter Schwe-         felsäure    mit     bordeauxroter    Farbe löst. Die  nach der     Einbadchrom-    oder     Na.chchromie-          rungsmethode    erhältlichen Ausfärbungen auf  Wolle weisen graublaue Farbtöne auf.

  The new dye is salted out and filtered off. When dry, it is a dark blue powder which dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a burgundy color. The dyeings on wool that can be obtained using the single-bath chrome or chrome plating method are gray-blue shades.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metalli- sierbaren Monoazofarbstoffes, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man diazotierte 2-Amino- phenol-4-sulfanthranilsäure mit 1-(7-Oxynaph- thalin) -carbamidsäure-äthoxyäthylester kup pelt. Der neue Farbstoff ist ein dunkelblaues Pulver, welches sich in konzentrierter Schwe felsäure mit bordeauxroter Farbe löst.
