Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metallisierbaren        Monoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     me-          tallisierbaren        Monoazofarbstoffes,welches    da  durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     diazotierte          2-Aminophenol-6-chlor        -4-sulfanthranilsäure     mit     1-Acetylamino-7-naphthol    kuppelt.  



       Beispiel:     34,3 Teile     2-Aminophenol-6-chlor-4-sulf-          anthranilsäure    werden mit 6,9 Teilen     Natrium-          nitrit    und 22 Teilen Salzsäure 30 %     diazotiert.     Nach beendigter     Diazotierung    wird der ausge  schiedene     Diazokörper        abfiltriert.     



  20,1     Teile        1-Acetylamino-7-naphthol    werden  in einer Mischung von 4 Teilen Natrium  hydroxyd und 200 Teilen Wasser gelöst und  nach Zugabe von 22 Teilen Soda auf 0      ge-          kühlt.    Zu dieser Lösung     wird        nun    die ab-         filtrierte        Diazoverbindung        zugegeben.    Nach  etwa 3 Stunden     ist    die     Kupplung    fertig.  



  Der neue     Monoazofarbstoff    wird auf üb  liche Weise isoliert. -Er färbt Wolle sowohl  nach dem neutralen     Einbadchrom-    als auch  nach dem     Nachchromierungsverfahren    in blau  grauen Tönen.

       Example: 34.3 parts of 2-aminophenol-6-chloro-4-sulphanthranilic acid are diazotized with 6.9 parts of sodium nitrite and 22 parts of 30% hydrochloric acid. When the diazotization is complete, the separated diazo bodies are filtered off.



  20.1 parts of 1-acetylamino-7-naphthol are dissolved in a mixture of 4 parts of sodium hydroxide and 200 parts of water and, after the addition of 22 parts of soda, cooled to 0. The filtered diazo compound is then added to this solution. The coupling is ready after about 3 hours.



  The new monoazo dye is isolated in the usual way. -He dyes wool in blue-gray tones using both the neutral single-bath chrome and the post-chrome plating process.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metalli- sierbaren Monoazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man diazotierte 2-Aminophenol- 6-chlor-4-sulfanthranüsäure mit 1-Acetyl- amino-7-naphthol kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff färbt Wolle sowohl nach dem neutralen Einbadchrom- als auch nach dem Nachchromierungsverfahren in blau grauen Tönen.
