Abstract
SISTEMAS DE FIBRA DE POLPA DE CÍTRICOS E SISTEMAS DE SOBREMESA COM BASE EM GEL. A invenção refere-se a sistemas de sobremesa com base em gel, por exemplo, sistemas de pudim, e sistemas de pré-mistura incluem um lipídeo comestível e fibra de polpa de cítricos. Uma mistura seca particularmente útil é feita homogeneizando-se uma combinação que inclui fibra de polpa de cítricos, um lipídeo comestível, e água para formar um produto homogeneizado.
