Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"REVESTIMENTOS ORGâNICOS CONDUTORES''<D>. Composições anticorrosivas condutoras e soldáveis com base em resinas de poliuretano (bloqueado), resinas epóxi, com agentes de cura que contém nitrogênio e diluentes condutores são adequadas para revestir superfícies de metal, em particular, lâminas de aço no processo de revestimento de bobina. Essas composições são distinguidas por uma baixa temperatura de forno, uma redução distinta em ferrugem branca em lâmina de aço galvanizada no teste de vaporização de sal e por um aumento na aderência do revestimento orgânico sobre o substrato metálico. Esses revestimentos, além disso, também obtêm proteção adequada contra a corrosão com um revestimento fino de cromo, de preferência, em processos de pré-tratamento isento de Cr. A lâmina de metal revestida dessa maneira pode ser soldada por ponto com o uso de qualquer processo convencional.
