Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FORMAçãO SOBRE UMA SUPERFìCIE METáLICA DE UM REVESTIMENTO SóLIDO ADERENTE, E, COMPOSIçãO DE CONCENTRADO DE REPOSIçãO PRIMáRIA". Uma composição de tratamento de diversas finalidades para superfícies metálicas compõe-se de íons fosfato, íons fluorometalato, polímeros solúveis em água contendo porções aminometileno substituído ligadas a anéis de benzeno que também têm um átomo de oxigênio ligado a um outro átomo de carbono no mesmo anel, e um tipo distinto de polímero de formação de filme. As composições são livres de crómio e outros metais pesados que causam sérios problemas de poluição em algumas composições de tratamento da técnica anterior. As camadas de revestimento formadas em um processo de acordo com a invenção são efetivas para pelo menos três diferentes finalidades: aderência crescente e proteção contra a corrosão de tintas aplicadas subseq³entemente ou outros revestimentos protetores com uma matriz grandemente orgânica; sem qualquer revestimento protetor aplicado, proporcionando pelo menos proteção temporária contra manchas e o desenvolvimento de ferrugem branca em superfícies de zinco ou de liga de zinco em um processo de acordo com a invenção, e fornecendo suficiente lubricidade para permitir a formação de rolos de metais laminados tratados em um processo de acordo com a invenção sem a necessidade de lubrificantes líquidos adicionais tais como o óleo.
