o documento apresenta um kit para detectar múltiplos ácidos nucleicos alvo capazes de amplificar e detectar múltiplos genes por meio de um recipiente de reação contendo um tipo de solução de reação e um tipo de rótulo. a solução pode conter primeiro ácido nucleico alvo (10) e o segundo ácido nucleico alvo (20), cada um dos quais se dissocia à temperatura de desnaturação t0. a solução contém ainda: dna polimerase (30); um iniciador de primeiro alvo (13) à temperatura de recombinação t1 ligando com os primeiros filamentos simples derivados do primeiro ácido nucleico alvo; um iniciador de segundo alvo (23) à temperatura de recombinação t1 ligando com os segundos filamentos simples derivados do segundo ácido nucleico alvo; uma sonda do primeiro alvo (15) à temperatura de recombinação t1 ligando com os primeiros filamentos simples derivados do primeiro ácido nucleico alvo; e uma sonda de segundo alvo (25) à temperatura de detecção do segundo alvo t3 que é inferior à temperatura de recombinação t1 e temperatura de alongamento t2 ligando com os segundos filamentos simples derivados do segundo ácido nucleico alvo. uma condição de que: t0 seja superior a t2; t2 não seja inferior a t1; e t1 seja superior a t3 foi satisfeita.
