Abstract

UN MÉTODO DE DISTINGUIR ENTRE ALELOS TIPO SALVAJE Y MUTANTES DE UN POLIMORFISMO DE NUCLEÓTIDO ÚNICO DE PISCIRICKETTSIA SALMONIS (SNP) QUE COMPRENDE: I) AMPLIFICAR POR PCR LA REGIÓN DE LA SECUENCIA DE NUCLEÓTIDOS QUE CONTIENE EL SNP; U) INCLUIR EN LA MEZCLA DE REACCIÓN DE PCR UNA SONDA DE ÁCIDO NUCEICO QUE TIENE UNA SECUENCIA COMPLEMENTARA CON UN ALELO DEL SNP, LA SONDA QUE COMPRENDE UN MARCADOR DETECTABLE; Y III) ANALIZAR EL PRODUCTO DE PCR PARA DETERMINAR LA PRESENCIA DEL MARCADOR, DONDE LA PRESENCIA DEL MARCADOR ES INDICATIVA DE LA PRESENCIA DEL ALELO. UNA SONDA DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO PARA USAR EN DICHO MÉTODO. UN PAR DE CEBADORES DE PCR PARA USAR EN DICHO MÉTODO.
