Abstract
a presente invenção diz respeito a um método para a preparação de pelo menos um ramnolipídeo, o qual compreende: - fazer contactar uma célula recombinante com um meio que contém uma fonte de carbono e - desenvolver em cultura a célula sob condições adequadas para a preparação do ramnolipídeo a partir da fonte de carbono pela célula, em que a célula recombinante foi geneticamente modificada de um modo tal que, em comparação com o tipo selvagem da célula, a célula tem uma atividade aumentada de pelo menos uma das enzimas e1, e2 e e3, em que a enzima e1 é uma a/ß hidrolase, a enzima e2 é uma ramnosil-transferase i e a enzima e3 é uma ramnosil-transferase ii e em que a fonte de carbono é uma molécula c4.
