Abstract
MARCADOR RELACIONADO AO COMPRIMENTO DO CAULE DERIVADO DO GENOMA DE CANA-DE-AÇÚCAR DO TIPO SELVAGEM E USO DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um marcador associado com o comprimento do caule entre traços quantitativos de plantas Poaceae. Esse marcador associado com o comprimento do caule de plantas Poaceae compreende uma região de ácido nucleico contígua selecionada de uma região intercalada entre a sequência base mostrada no número de sequência 1 e a sequência base mostrada no número de sequência 2 no cromossoma de uma planta Poaceae.
