Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a métodos e construtos para a alteração direcionada de uma região-alvo de ácido nucleico em uma estrutura-alvo de planta. especificamente, a presente invenção refere-se a métodos e construtos para a obtenção direta de uma planta ou material vegetal que compreende uma edição introduzida anteriormente seletivamente em uma célula meristemática, de um ácido nucleico. os construtos podem ser introduzidos de forma transitória e/ou estável. para este propósito, são divulgadas novas estratégias de introdução otimizadas em planta. além disso, a presente invenção engloba um método para realizar um ensaio de rastreio in vitro, a fim de verificar antecipadamente a eficiência de candidatos grna adequados in vitro.
