Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a realização da modificações sítio-específica em uma planta, compreendendo as seguintes etapa: expressando de forma transiente uma nuclease específica de sequência para o fragmento alvo na célula ou no tecido da planta de interesse, onde a nuclease específica de sequência é específica para o sítio alvo e o sítio alvo é clivado pela nuclease, assim a modificação sítio-específica do sítio alvo é obtida através da reparação do dna da planta
