Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método para realizar a modificação específica de sítio em uma planta inteira através da expressão transiente de gene, em que o método compreende as etapas a seguir: o emprego da planta inteira como um objeto de expressão transiente, a expressão transiente de uma nuclease distinta ao segmento de gene alvo na planta; sob a ação da nucleasse, o cisalhamento do segmento alvo, e a modalidade da modificação específica de sítio do segmento alvo por meio do reparo do dna da planta. também é provido um método para o cultivo de uma planta de mutação não transgênica mediante o uso do método acima, e a planta de mutação não transgênica obtida dessa maneira.
