Abstract

MÉTODO PARA OBTER CÉLULAS VEGETAIS TRANSFORMADAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para obter uma célula de planta transformada. A presente invenção compreende as etapas de: (a) cotransformar um DNA destinado e um primeiro gene marcador em uma célula vegetal; e (b) selecionar a partir das células transformadas obtidas na etapa (a), uma célula de planta transformada em que o DNA destinado é introduzido em um cromossomo da mesma, e o primeiro gene marcador não é introduzido, em que o método não contém uma etapa para excluir uma célula transformada apenas com o DNA destinado introduzido no cromossomo por seleção positiva usando o primeiro gene marcador.
