Abstract

o propósito da presente invenção é prover um método para separar de forma eficiente corpos insolúveis de uma proteína recombinante alvo de uma célula recombinante que expressa a proteína recombinante dentro da mesma como corpos insolúveis. a presente invenção provê um método de produção no qual corpos insolúveis de uma proteína recombinante são separados de células recombinantes que expressam a proteína recombinante dentro das mesmas como corpos insolúveis. as células recombinantes são fragmentadas, e então os corpos insolúveis da proteína recombinante são agregados e separados.
