Abstract
é proporcionado um dispositivo de medição de contorno de carcaça de frango capaz de determinar a forma de contorno de uma região prescrita de uma carcaça de frango, um método de medição de contorno e um dispositivo de desossamento de carcaça de frango. este dispositivo de medição de contorno está equipado com: um dispositivo de fixação para posicionar e imobilizar uma carcaça de frango; um transportador para formar uma via de transporte para o guia de fixação, e transportar o guia de fixação ao longo do trajeto de transporte; um contato capaz de contactar a seção alvo de medição da carcaça de frango e suportado de modo a ser capaz de movimento vertical em um plano bidimensional que se estende em uma direção vertical e que inclui a direção de transporte do guia de fixação; um sensor de posição vertical para detectar a posição vertical do contato; um sensor de posição de guia de fixação para detectar a posição de direção de movimento de um cone móvel; e uma unidade de cálculo de contorno para obter a forma de contorno da superfície de carcaça de frango no plano bidimensional, com base nos resultados de detecção detectados pelo sensor de posição vertical e pelo sensor de posição de guia de fixação de acordo com o movimento da carcaça de frango suportada e transportada pelo cone.
