resumo patente de invenção: "sistemas e métodos de hematologia". trata-se de aspectos e modalidades da presente revelação que fornecem um agente de alinhamento de organelas intracelulares e/ou de partícula para um analisador de partícula usado para analisar as partículas contidas em uma amostra. em que um agente de alinhamento de organelas intracelulares e/ou de partícula exemplificador inclui uma solução aquosa, um modificador de viscosidade e/ou um tampão. as modalidades também abrangem sistemas, composições e métodos para analisar uma amostra que contém partículas. as partículas, tais como células de sangue podem ser categorizadas e contadas através de um processador de imagem digital. uma câmera microscópica digital pode ser direcionada, por exemplo, com o uso de determinadas técnicas de focalização, em uma célula de fluxo que define simetricamente uma trajetória de fluxo de estreitamento em que a corrente de amostra flui em uma fita achatada pelos parâmetros de fluxo e viscosidade entre as camadas de fluido de revestimento. as imagens de célula sanguínea podem ser coletadas e analisadas usando processos e sistemas de extensão de faixa dinâmica.
