Description
Claims (5)
- 細胞浮遊液が導入される経路を有するチャンバー部と、この経路に連通され細胞浮遊液の測定を行うための角筒状のオリフィス部と、を備えるシースフローセルキュベットにおいて、
前記チャンバー部は樹脂から成り、
前記オリフィス部はガラス材から成り、
前記オリフィス部の一方の端部は、前記チャンバー部の内部に埋め込まれて埋設部とされ、
このオリフィス部の埋設部は、その外周に、当該オリフィス部が前記チャンバー部に対して流れ方向へ移動するのを阻止する係止部を備えていることを特徴とするシースフローセルキュベット。 - 前記係止部は凹部及び凸部の少なくとも一方を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシースフローセルキュベット。
- 前記係止部は前記オリフィス部の埋設際の外径よりも大きな外径を有する大径部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシースフローセルキュベット。
- 請求項1〜3記載のシースフローセルキュベットを製造する方法であって、
前記チャンバー部の外形に対応した内面を有する型に、先端に錐体を有し前記チャンバー部の経路に対応する形状の中子を配置し、
前記オリフィス部の係止部を前記型の内面に進入させ前記中子の錐体に前記オリフィス部の一方の端部を当接させた状態として、
前記型内に樹脂を充填し固化した後に離型することで、前記シースフローセルキュベットを得ることを特徴とするシースフローセルキュベットの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜3記載のシースフローセルキュベットを製造する方法であって、
先端に錐体を有し前記チャンバー部の経路に対応する形状の内型を用意し、
加熱により収縮する熱収縮性チューブで前記オリフィス部の係止部を覆うと共に、前記熱収縮チューブの内部に前記内型を進入させ当該内型の錐体に前記オリフィス部の一方の端部を当接させた状態として、
前記熱収縮性チューブを加熱し当該熱収縮性チューブで前記チャンバー部を形成した後に離型することで、前記シースフローセルキュベットを得ることを特徴とするシースフローセルキュベットの製造方法。
