resumo patente de invenção: "método e sistema para determinação de uma resposta biológica de um alvo a uma substância solúvel candidata". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a determinação de uma resposta biológica de um alvo (41, 42) a uma substância solúvel candidata que compreende as etapas de: introdução de uma substância solúvel candidata em um fluxo laminar de um líquido tampão (2) para formar um soluto de substância candidata (3), tendo um perfil de concentração inicial (31); dispersão do perfil de concentração inicial (31) para formar um perfil de concentração disperso (32); direção do perfil de concentração disperso (32) em um canal de detecção (12) para formar um perfil de concentração simétrico final (33) no mesmo; introdução de um alvo no canal de detecção (12) para obter um perfil de concentração combinado compreendendo um perfil de concentração alvo constante sobrepondo o perfil de concentração simétrico final (33); contenção no canal de detecção (12) de pelo menos metade do perfil de concentração combinado; e varredura, opticamente, do perfil de concentração combinado para detectar um sinal óptico representativo da resposta biológica do alvo à substância solúvel candidata.
