Abstract

resumo “método de produção para ímã permanente de terras raras” um método de produção para um ímã permanente de terras raras, em que: um corpo de ímã sinterizado compreendendo uma composição de r1-fe-b (r1 re-presenta um ou mais elementos selecionados dentre elementos de terras raras, in-cluindo y e sc) é imerso em um líquido de eletrodeposição obtido dispersando-se um pó contendo um oxifluoreto de r2 e/ou um hidreto de r3 (r2 e r3 representam um ou mais elementos selecionados dentre elementos de terras raras, incluindo y e sc) em um solvente; um processo de eletrodeposição é usado para revestir o pó so-bre a superfície do corpo de ímã sinterizado; e, no estado em que o pó está presente na superfície do corpo de ímã, o corpo de ímã e o pó são submetidos a um trata-mento com calor em um vácuo ou um gás inerte em uma temperatura igual a ou me-nor do que a temperatura de sinterização do ímã.
